Lunch service was efficient and filling. Restrooms were large and clean, its rare to be at a conference without lines at the restroom. Would recommend for hosting a meeting.

I had been to this location before for food and drinks (good experiences) but never for a show. Since my decision to attend was about an hour before the show, my seat was literally in the next to the last row as high is you could go up. That's ok because the sound quality was fantastic. It's not the biggest music venue and that gave it more of an intimate feel even if the show was sold out. The best part, if you can believe this happened (oh, it did) was Gavin Rossdale coming all the way up to us while performing. I was in such shock and so excited I didn't have time to pull my phone out. What a rad show. The venue is cleaned and well-maintained.

Nice and firm for a get night rest or a nap after being at the pool side for a few hours. Walk in closet big bathroom ,living room was cool as well. The rooms give you that old 1960 vibes with a modern touch. The resort also featured some old vintage 1960 cars similar to the TWA hotel at jfk airport. The resort had some nice places to go to. Me and my wife enjoyed the bowling alley. We had a lot of fun. Don't forget about the shops with all your favorite carton characters t shirts hats slippers you name it Star Wars, the minions the Simpsons fun for kids all ages. We also enjoyed the cabana cafeteria . I had a spicy chicken sandwich with fries my wife had chicken teriyaki lomein full of nice pieces of chicken ,Which she enjoyed .I also had some chicken tenders and fries from the cafeteria on our stay. We also ordered food from door dash while we were in the main lobby. We ordered shake shack which was cheaper ordering from door dash then buying food on the resort, smash burgers well done with cheese fries, for a little vacation cheat because I'm on a diet. By the way the order came really fast. Don The pool was great especially at night the view was amazing. With the lights shining on the pool and the really nice fire pit they had so you can even roast some marshmallows by it. Also the pool features a water slide for kids and adults. The blow up rafts were $9to17. You also could bring your own as well. You also had an ice machine with cold water free. Plus you had the soft drinks and soda all you can drink for $30 . That was the drink packed. Cabana bay resort also had a restaurant right next the pool outside. Where they had some really good chicken quesadillas with fries. My wife enjoyed that. . I went with the chicken wrap with lettuce and some veggies, It was great to eat pool side with the beach chairs equipped with the big umbrella for shade . Then you also had the lazy river at the resort. That featured a bigger water slide and pool . Bigger than the pool outside the main lobby. The staff was courteous and friendly the stay was fun. Just remember it's kinda pricey . But don't forget about all the theme parks you get to visit for $80 each way .

It was also an amazing room for a sunset sighting. Amazing!! We thoroughly enjoyed the Water Area. They have something for all ages. Wonderful they have a Lazy River with lifeguards ensuring everyone is safe and no one jumping in. Our Relache Spa experience was one of the most relaxing experiences. We booked a couples massage ~ but our experience began with the warm greeting from Marah. Our therapists Louise and Laura knew all the stressed points to massage out. Louise is quite intuitive and massaged out so many knots on my neck shoulders and scapula. Our session ended in the Tea room - relaxing. Next time will try the Eucalyptus Steam room. In the evening ~ we watched the light show from the Market Square. Many families enjoyed this show as they were eating their Cold Stone ice cream. We love walking through the Everglades and Forest areas. We used their Fitness Room which was clean and the machines were all functioning. After ~ we had brunch at Villa De Flor on a morning greeted by super heroes ~ Batman, Wonder Woman and Superman. The kids thoroughly enjoyed this. The food is delicious. They introduced a drink menu just this week. We both enjoyed The Vespa ~ a matcha iced drink with an ube topping. Bryan ~ came by to take our feedback. Great tasting matcha and not too sweet! Why the 4 stars ~ I would highly suggest placing couples on a different floor from families. The families can be quite loud for those preferring a quieter ambiance. And we had a few jokesters on our floor playing Knock and ditch. Finally I think a map of the seating areas around the water park placed strategically right after the entrance gate would benefit so many families. They were coming in and realizing no seating in one part only to realize there was another part of the water park. FYI There is a daily resort fee and charge for self-parking. But keep a hold of your room key as you can use to enter and exit the self-parking lot with it. Overall would return during the winter ~ with the family during to take them for the ICE event and holiday spectacular.

I chose to self-park while there and the garage is a little bit of a walk from the entry. Upon entering it's beautiful to see the waterfall straight ahead, with beautiful marble and fixtures throughout. Checking in was easy and great. I was fortunate to get there before the large crowds, as when I walked in, there were plenty of staff available to check me in and there were no guests. About an hour later I walked through there and there were about 100 people in line waiting to check-in. The lady who checked me in was perfect! Friendly, professional, recognized my status, and gave me good info about the property, while promptly checking me in. Once I got to my room I was immediately satisfied with the décor and cleanliness. It's common that the Marriott properties I stay in have moldy caulking in the shower area, nasty, stained carpeting, and furniture that's stained, broken, dirty, and unappealing - But not here! This room was very nicely set up and maintained too. The bed was comfy and they also offered Pluto as one of their internet TV/streaming services - This has been very important to me over the past couple of years, I'm so used to it that I hate properties that don't offer it. The property itself was great. Service by all the staff was great. The entire place was well-maintained and you never have to leave or go outside; in fact, we didn't leave for the first day and a half! It's probably the best Gaylord I've stayed in so far, definitely better than National Harbor! It's also a mile from Disney World!!

There's also a number of dining options including B-Line Diner, the Market, Coconuts Poolside Bar & Grill, Dining to Go (room service/pool side dining), Rocks Bar, Descend 21, Fiorenzo, and Icharo. I dined at B-Line, Fiorenzo, and grabbed coffee/snacks at the Market. I'll write up separate reviews for those places. As mentioned earlier, this hotel is huge. I had a double room. And the rooms are spacious. They are not as modern and up to date as you'd think, however they were not antique haha. The housekeeping staff were helpful and provided things as requested. Very pleasant. I also appreciated my check in experience, as the staff members were helpful after a brief mixup with cards from my employer. She was very patient and I'm sad I can't recall her name. Overall, this was a really nice stay and I was there for about 5 days! It was nice to have my colleagues attending the same conference to have company and people to hangout with. This place definitely was easily accessible from the main road and had plenty of parking in their private parking lot. So on the day of our event, upon arrival, we were greeted immediately and checked in quickly and efficiently. The staff were all very kind and helpful! The party room was located in the back of the building and was a pretty spacious room, with its own private bathroom. For our birthday package we opted for the laser tag, and arcade option for the kids and it kept them occupied for a few hours. Now for the food, I was very impressed by the quality and presentation of all the items we selected! Yes the food was just your average fried bar food... but I thought everything was super fresh and all came out very quick. The pizza, wings, and cheese curds were outstanding! Lastly, our party attendant was top notch! She was very attentive, had great communication, and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, I will say that even though the birthday package at Andretti's is a bit on the pricier side... we thought it was definitely worth it... my nephew had a very memorable birthday!

The late-night food offerings, however, were a welcome surprise and definitely earned bonus points. This is a fantastic property for hosting large corporate meetings and events. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. They did have to move some activities indoors due to weather, but everything seemed to be handled smoothly. Check-in/out was very easy, my room was clean, nice and spacious, with a beautiful view. The bar and pool area is huge and so much fun! We all had a blast and really enjoyed each others company down at the pool bar. If I had one thing to note I wished were better, most of the nights there was only 1 bartender at the pool bar, and with our large conference and also probably other guests out there, it was hard to get service. But that guy was working amazingly so it wasn't him, he just couldn't be in multiple places at once! Was pleasantly surprised at how much of a hit the lay river was with us, but we had a blast! Lastly, the party that was put together by the staff was 10/10! Really do appreciate all the hardwork and how much fun we had! Wish I'd thought to take pictures, but I guess I was too busy enjoying myself!
