The only thing I would say that I found difficult is that they have a smoking section, which is separated by a large glass partition however you can still smell some of the smoke in the non-smoking area.

This isn't like casual bingo at a restaurant or bowling alley where you can carry on casually with your friends. Sit down and keep your conversations to a barely audible whisper. There are plenty of monitors for you to see what numbers have been called, but there are some seats that have an obstructed view, or are at a bad angle, so keep that in mind. There's also food available for purchase. I tried the grilled chicken. It was overcooked; I wouldn't get it again. They were out of brats, so that's probably the better choice. Don't go in expecting anything fancy, but you can definitely count on a fun atmosphere and good vibes. The bingo crew was fabulous and loved seeing the groups of people having a great time. There's a bar on-site, and they serve food too. I tried the dumplings, and they were a great choice! I have not being to any other events so I can't speak about that.
