They refused to refund us for this. We didn't even get much support for the set up of the screen. The tech they sent didn't speak English so we couldn't even communicate what the problems were to them. - The venue is grossly over priced ($18k+ for 5pm-11pm) - Josephine, the owner or operator of the business, was not communicative. We asked her to confirm things multiple times well before the reception and heard very little to nothing back so we had to hope she was going to deliver. She was rude and dismissive at times to my family members and wedding planner. - we ended up having to put together much of the decorations ourselves even though we paid for the staffing Overall, we did the best we could with what we had to enjoy our special night. But we would not recommend our experience to others - especially not for the price they asked of us.

The overall atmosphere is perfect for any special occasion and it lends itself very well to beautifully composed photographs. Inside the lighting continued setting the perfect mood with dim lighting, low playing music and upscale table settings. Not idle for photo taking but great for setting the right mood. While absolutely beautiful and stunning, for all the luxury and European charm, I wasn't too thrilled with the food and the room the reception was held in was quite small. It had to be special ordered in advance but there was no extra charge. The chef they have must be amazing to have served such a creative dish. We weren't told what it was so I can't say, but I'll post a photo of it. It was cooked perfectly. Parking was plentiful. the venue is on the second floor. There were two staircases plus an elevator that is located next to the rear of Foxtail coffee. They have mini iPad games at the table area with solitaire and uno and other games. They now have wine, beer champagne, soda, and lemonade and monster drinks. They have chips, peanuts, and candy. You can buy packages for time. Which helps on price. I believe they have specials for all you want for a couple hours a few times a month/ please call them for specials they offer. I do recommend Dramamine if you tend to get motion sick. It is a fun time. It's nice to have something like this to do local instead of going to Orlando. It is family owned. I was very moved and touched as each volunteer helped distribute food to the many men and women of the military who are Active Duty, Reservists, Retired, as well as disabled veterans! You can volunteer every third Friday from 0830 to 1400. The next food pantry will be held May 19 at Lake Baldwin VA Outpatient Clinic in Orlando. I highly encourage all to come out to volunteer and help our military veterans out!
