We stopped for a drink. It was not crowded at all. They usually have great music or pretty good life music. The margaritas were on point. Maybe the performers were tired or not too experienced. I hope it was just a bad day. We all have one of those.
I love this park! Expect more than a relaxed day outdoors. There are several food trucks with a variety of food options and a couple of bar food trucks as well. This park is well laid out with food trucks close enough to each other that you can hop around, but at the same time, not feeling crowded at all. There is a big variety of food options for everyone, which is great because we had a large group of about 12 people with us. The park is also decorated very pretty. There is an open eating area with many picnic tables so everyone has a place to sit and eat. I loved that they had a band playing. Nice touch. Restrooms are clean. You can park across the street in the parking garage for free, which is a nice. There are also plenty of stores and shops around this park. There was also a farmers market happening at the time I visited the park so we checked that out. I highly recommend this park and I'll be back soon.
Last night I went on a date-ish to boxy Park with a gentleman that I met. I have not been to boxy Park before it was a $5 cover charge per person for the live entertainment. They had a live band playing throwback songs as well as a DJ according to my knowledge boxy park is a bunch of different food. Storage container unit units dressed up to be either a restaurant or a bar the gentleman that I went with; it lives near the area, so it was a fairly close drive for him. I got a margarita from the margarita truck, I had a ginger beer cocktail as well from one of the bars that had all the seasonal offerings. It was definitely bumping in the evening definitely a hotspot to go to. They also had a vendor market and fair as well as a public parking garage to park in. I definitely wanna come back here. It is such a fun location. I'm not sure if they do the music every Saturday, but I'm gonna check on the website to see if they do because this was such a great way to get out and have some fun. 10/10
Cool place to come and hang out with friends and family, they have so many food and drink options and they are always so good. So far I haven't had a bad experience with the service at each spot.
I've been coming here ever since boxi park opened and was still a "trial". I will say it's the best place to go to with a kid outdoors. Keep the adults happy and the kids :) The food is kind of pricey with smaller portion sizes...but it's lake Nona so it's to be expected. Love that there is always live music . Love the bartenders. Glad this has become a permanent fixture in lake Nona . It's my go to to get out of the house now
The actual park itself is around a 4*. It looks like there are lots of fun activities, plenty of seating and shade, security at the entrance to make sure kids don't run into the street, and live music. There's plenty of free parking in the nearby parking garages. It is also very dog friendly and we saw lots of dogs there! But unfortunately, the food was just okay. We tried The Grill Next Door, which as a pretty good 3-4* burger. The truffle fries at Claw and Order were expensive and not very good, like around 2*. The ice cream and brownies from Ice and Easy were good though, around a 4*. It's a cool place to check out, but we wouldn't go back there to eat necessarily.
This is a little container park as I have seen them in other cities like Las Vegas as well. They have small businesses and a lot of entertainment and there is even beach volleyball.

The service staff are always friendly and quick with the service. I recently visited and tried the lobster roll. Delicious, buttery, and generous with the lobster. I also tried a brownie from ice n easy- very rich and gooey. It won't be my last time visiting!

It's very family-friendly with a great play area for kids, plenty of delicious food options, live music, and yummy cocktails for the adults. The location is perfect, and honestly, it's hard to have a bad time here. Highly recommend!
Our Fall event is being held here and the music is playing while we wander around, selecting our lunch at the various food vendors in place. The nearby parking buildings were perfect for not needing to run around on a rocky grounds area trying to leave you car outside in the elements. Today is a sunny yet chilly day so having the covering umbrellas overhead at the seating areas is lovely.
We spent nearly $50 for two lobster rolls, and the portions were tiny. The lobster was supposed to be hot, but it came out cold, bland, and tasteless. The drinks were also disappointing. Some mixed drinks were clearly pre-made and still cost $15, and they were not good. We also paid $20 for ice-cold nachos, which was frustrating, but we were hungry. Overall, this was not a good experience. I've given this place many chances, but I wouldn't bother coming back. I don't want to waste my money again. It's very overhyped. Unfortunately, it's one of the only hangout spots in Lake Nona, which is probably why it stays busy, but that doesn't justify the prices or quality.
Great Gathering spot in downtown Orlando. It has great music, a great vibe and a variety of good food options, so there is something for everyone. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the city. VZN band was here and they were awesome!
Thy definitely made some improvements since my last visit at Boxi Park lived the grass area by the playground. Added some different food trucks and added more shaded tables to sit and eat

I love coming to boxi park even when there isn't a private event as they have tons of food trucks , live music, playground, sand volleyball court and tons of seating . Today I attended a private event for Wellness Haus & Ptula for a Pilates and wellness, it was hands down 10/10! The event was posted online and tickets ranged from $55-80 bucks. The event featured vendors focusing on seeding , facials and massages, Pilates apparel , healthy food and drink trucks , a breathing session , and tons more ! The owner of Wellness Haus, Melissa was amazing as well as the owner of Ptula ( see my review about this brand ) . I left exhausted after Pilates but also refreshed and enjoyed my vitablend Açaí bowl and coffee from those guys coffee. If you are in Orlando and want something to do , Boxi park always has something going on and there are tons of places to eat, have a drink or sit on the grass and read a book ( not recommended on Friday nights or the weekends lol because it's crowded and too loud to read ) Great for a solo date, couples , family or outing with friends. read more

Boxi park is such an adventure! Around every corner, there's something new to see - from bounce houses for the kids, a playground, arts and crafts, to live music for adults and random food truck and cocktail trailers. Every time we've visited they've had another special event going on, and seem to really cater to the community. The only downside is to make sure that it is not a day that they're charging a cover and that there are plenty of seats near a cool breeze fan. It can get really hot! Definitely worth an adventure to downtown Lake Nona as there are so many fun places within walking distance to Boxi. read more

Finally made my way to Boxi Park and it seems like a great causal hangout/date spot. The atmosphere is lively and inviting, with plenty of outdoor seating, tasty food options, and a variety of drinks. The whole park has a vibrant, modern feel with a mix of art, live music, and games, making it perfect for all ages. Look out for cool events being hosted, and parking is free! read more

I like Boxi Park. I've been a couple of times and think it's worth a visit or two when I'm in the area. That said, it's not especially notable in a town with so many touristy areas and open air plazas with a similar vibe. I wouldn't drive an hour to visit. We went for the holiday market and it was fun. The drinks were holiday-themed and they had a fun little band playing. We didn't stay long but I had a nice time. I loved their huge Christmas tree and took some great pics in front of it. It was a daytime visit but I also wish we had gotten to see it at night, as well. read more

As a first-time visitor, I really enjoyed the atmosphere, especially the live music! The food was great, although I would have preferred the chicken to have more seasoning. Service was quick and efficient, especially for a busy night! Overall, Boxi Park is a wonderful experience! read more

I always thought this place was called boxi park because all of the way its set up, I was wrong. I have been to a few stands here and the food is ok. The experience is different than anything else here in Orlando. Live music, food options that span all ethnicities. I like that Park Pizza has a stand here so I can always grab a slice or a full pie. The slices are huge, so no complaints. They also have a volleyball area with multiple courts. In the fall/winter it gets busy since the weather is so nice. In the spring summer people will still come out and have some pick up games which is nice. A play area for kids, games for rent. Its the perfect chill vibe that has something for everyone and super affordable. Its also great for groups as seating is plentiful. They lemonade stand here has so many flavors to choose from and you can do a mix and match. The frozen drinks, they have a donut shop, so many options. If you're looking for a casual vibe, with some energetic vibes, I would definitely recommend. read more

Boxi Park Lake Nona has a fantastic atmosphere with a diverse selection of food trucks and a couple of small bars. It's very family-friendly and even features two beach volleyball courts. The music is great as well. Just be aware that it's an open area, so during the summer, it can get quite hot, especially if you visit early in the day. read more
This one is though to rate as Boxi park as a whole has a lot of different elements. I love the vibe of the place, the live music and place to get together with family and friends, also appeared to be pet friendly as well which is great! Enjoyed the live music as well. For the food - this is the tricky part. I am giving Boxi 4 stars mainly because of the vibe and food from Claw and Order. Here is my take on the food I've tried: Claw & Order: 5/5 tried three rolls - Maine Style, California and the Claw & Order Original - all three were incredible!! Plenty of actual lobster and crab meat - perfectly cooked, not fishy at all and FULL of flavor. And omg the buns! The buns were perfectly toasted and airy and soft and amazing!! Cañonita Street Taqueria: 2/5 tried their coconut shrimp and carnitas - very underwhelming. Not enough shrimp, was kinda fishy. Overall lacking in the favor department as well. Won't be back. Fowl Play: 0/5. Tiny cold chicken sandwiches. The chicken was dry and extremely rubbery and chewy, no flavor or any of kind of sauce on it. Toppings were underwhelming. Buns were cold and dry. Honestly very surprised by how bad these were. Won't be back. Service at all three was good, staff seemed professional and efficient. Overall the entire Boxi park area was maintained well - clean, had decent restrooms as well. Honestly, food wise, I will mostly only be back for Claw & Order. Cannot recommend this enough! Came over here to try out all the spots but it was Sunday night so it wasn't as hoping as a Friday or Saturday. Lots of area to sit and dine, a couple areas to choose for dining for kids and adults. They did have a volleyball net area and a playground for the kids. Drinks are a little expensive as the cheapest one $12. Large screen TV to watch any games or events. Self service walk up to order and bring to your own table. They also do have heaters to be able to sit next to for warmth on cool nights. They also had a fireplace to sit around so that was cute. I would like to try it out again during the day and I think my experience would be better. read more

A family paradise, one might say, if you live in a household of people who can't agree on things to do or eat. For dinner I ate at fowl play because if you know me then you know I love chicken sandwiches. So, mixed feelings on the sandwich. The chicken was juicy and very flavorful, but the bun was cold and looked like it was just an ordinary store bought bun. The fries were only warm which I can assume they didn't fry them fresh. The drink options are vast and you're sure to find something you like. Overall, the experience was great. I had no idea that the park was that big or that loud. The live music echoes through the park so if you're not in the mood for loud then probably not the place for you if they have a concert going on. Perfect place for family night or for any couple who desire different things. Definitely worth the visit if you've never been. read more
I kept hearing about this place for a couple of years now, and while we were up visiting family; my husband and I decided to go head over to Boxi Park. We decided to go before 5 PM after reading that they do a cover charge per person of $5 dollars. The garage is close by, and parking is easy. We noticed they have a way to convert cash to what I think was called Boxi credits? I can't recall, but it's due to the fact that they don't take cash here. It was probably 30 minutes after it opened at 12, but the inside was extremely empty for a Saturday. There were a couple of families here and there, but it was totally empty that even some of the food vendors looked like they were closed. We ordered at the Canonita box as I wanted tacos and did the 3 for $10. I ordered the carne asada taco, chicken tinga, and the cochinita taco. Came out quick, and I honestly loved them all. I'd say the size could've been a bit bigger, but then again, these are corn tortillas, which are usually smaller in size. It's still incredibly delicious. My favorite was the cochinita taco, the pork was so tender and soft I couldn't get enough. Although the carne asada was a close second. I loved the cilantro in them, just added a little extra flavor to it. I really was tempted to order 3 more! We were on the fence about ordering drinks, but once we saw that a margarita was $14 dollars for the amount you get, we decided against it. Maybe they tasted great, but I couldn't justify myself to buy one. We ended up leaving after we had our tacos. I'm sure this place is better at night or when they have events and/or live music. I just wasn't feeling it here. I'd love to give it another shot, but not anytime soon. read more
Finally came here after a couple years of hearing about this place and seeing how darn close it was to family, I finally had the chance to. Unfortunately, it will most likely be a one and done visit for me. I'm glad I got here before 5pm on Saturday because they actually have the audacity to charge a $5 fee for each person (including kids) after this time. Parking was close by and it took a couple minutes to walk to the entrance. There is a little booth you can convert money to card because it is a cashless place. The worker at the front wasn't overly friendly and barely said anything as we walked past into the little area. The place is nice with a handful of clever themed boxes such as claw & order which served lobster dishes. I decided to get three tacos from Canonita box and when I ordered each of the tacos, the lady taking my order looked at me like I was nuts. I ordered the "carne asada" taco which she says "oh you mean the grilled beef?" yes, what I said lol as well as the chicken tinga and the cochinita tacos. They were average size but I will say, the flavor that each of them had was wonderful and powerful in a great way! The meats on all the tacos were perfectly seasoned and the toppings were phenomenal as well. The three tacos were ten dollars so it's not too bad because you're paying for the area you're at as well. We decided to not get anything to drink because drink prices were crazy for about 8oz of margarita, ringing in at a start of $14 and going upwards from there. After about twenty minutes we left because after you eat, there's not much to do. They do have live music in the afternoon but you also run the risk of having to pay the door fee just to see them, when you can stand outside the gate surrounding it and hear the music from there. Space is definitely underutilized and they could easily fit another couple restaurant fronts in. Will I be back? Unlikely but not impossible read more
