The hotel is insanely large and also has a whole convention center. There is parking. The hotel is also connected to the Orange County convention center. Everything is clean. The salads and sandwiches are not bad but they are very over priced. Overall good.

Customer service was great. The room was clean and nice. Beautiful pool with cold water (too cold for me although the temperature was 96F) and great location. Would definitely return.

Beautiful hotel with a welcoming lobby! They also have great restaurant options and an amazing upscale bar. If you're attending the Orange County Convention Center, there's an escalator that leads you to a bridge/crosswalk that leads directly to the second floor of the convention center, which is really convenient. This is a prime hotel in the area, the best in my opinion.

I stayed here for a work conference. The hotel was huge with multiple conference room sections (Orlando, Florida, Plaza, Regency). You will be walking a lot especially if you stay at Tower 2 since the conference rooms were closer to Tower 1. I booked a King Pool View Room and I have to admit the view was great. The room was very spacious and clean. I appreciated the two bottles of complimentary water every day. The hotel staff were very nice and the conference food was decent. I would stay here again!

My stay at the Hyatt Regency Orlando was pleasant. My room was clean with essential toiletries. The key litmus test for any hotel room is the bed and shower. My mattress preference is pillow top cover and firm bottom. Also, rain showers are best and provide a hydro massage while showering allowing you to feel more relaxed after a shower. My room checked all the boxes. The Hyatt also has several in-hotel restaurants (very good food), swimming pool and two elevator bays with six elevators each. Also, the hotel is located new a string of restaurants if you choose to eat outside the hotel and bars Does anyone know why they open your hotel curtains every day? Housekeeping opens the curtains every day and then I close in the evening. It is a clever hotel room dance that happens every day to the point you might say, does anyone else want my dance card. To be honest, I am happy they clean the hotel room so fresh every day. Please, please keep my hotel curtains closed. Overall, I had a great stay at the Hyatt!

My second time staying and this trip was amazing. Here for a volleyball tournament and some family R&R at some mouse type parks. I'm a total Hyatt enthusiast as the Hyatt brand has been consistent with great service, high quality, and great experience. Despite being globalist I feel Hyatt regency Orlando does an amazing job making all guest get well taken care of. Even prior to my arrival I had reached out to the team at the Orlando regency Hyatt regarding early check in and they responsive with their communication. Upon arrival from valet, front desk, bell hop, and all staff they were all kind and very accommodating. I enjoyed their pools and gym and for the serious lap swimmers they have an amazing lap pool. Amongst other amenities they have multiple onsite restaurants and a food market long with a store for all extra needs that was forgotten at home. Whether you stay in a basic room or a penthouse suite the whole experience will be memorable. staying as a globalist and using points to book the stay allowed me to have complimentary parking, buffet breakfast, lounge access all day for drinks, snacks cocktail hours and desserts. My favorite parts is that the pool staff removes saved seats if no personal belongings are on the towel, if there's any concerns or issues the team is a text away and are very responsive, and despite the extremely busy stay with volleyballers, dancers, science expo, and other vacationers the team kept the place clean. The perfect place to stay in Orlando!

This Hyatt is located in an ideal spot on International Drive. Stayed here just a night because I love Hyatts and trust how clean their rooms always are and this Hyatt was like a resort. The property feels very expansive. When checking in, you can go to the drop off and check in before heading over to the parking garage which is a bit of a walk away. If you have a lot of luggage, consider dropping it off with who you're staying with at the front and park to minimize carrying a lot on the walk over. Check in was super smooth and easy, with staff that was friendly and so helpful. They have two towers and a lot of spots to walk around acoss their property. Our room was super clean and lovely with a balcony overlooking their property. We could see the pool area from our room and so sad we didn't get to go there. We truly were there just to sleep but definitely want to book a little vacation here again and plan to stay on property. You do have to pay a resort fee and the parking (either valet or self park) is pretty pricey but I can justify the cost because of how lovely this spot is! Excited to come back and stay again!

A very brief stay for a mandatory conference, Hyatt Regency Orlando is precisely what you'd expect from a large conference-style hotel. Spread across an enormous footprint all through-ways were spotless while the room was comfy enough. Food prepared for the conference was pretty typical buffet stuff, and the coffee needs an upgrade from whatever over-roasted blend they're using.

Food was stolen by the front desk. I had delivery to my room. With a picture. Never was delivered. Claims they never received. Ghetto hostess. Thanks for being scum.

Hyatt Regency Orlando is always home for me but also for ZINCON which happens every summer, Late July / Early August. I love all the amenities that come with the resort such as a spa, the grotto pool, B-Line Diner, the Regency Club where for a fee offers you little snacks and beverages throughout your stay. As an Explorist (once a Globalist ), the World of Hyatt program and its perks for tier members really serve great benefits to reap.

Beautiful and splendid. Welcoming at reception. Such a pleasant check in! Really use such a beautiful hotel. The artwork, carpets, & furnishings. Just exciting adorable nooks for you to write your memoir, think out life choices or chat with associates/hotel guests. The pool area is grand. A waterfall area , mega slide and hot tubs too. Palm trees and a sweet eatery called Coconuts! Gorgeous blue waters and those amazing palm trees!! Ahhhhhh, gorgeous!! I booked a facial with ANGIE in the spa. What a wonderful experience that was. A lovely fragrance creams and oils and exfoliating products. Wonderful private getaway within this fine hotel. Private, indoor and outdoor hot tubs and sauna. Angie really spoiled me with a fantastic facial. And the several days that I've been here, I've enjoyed three different eateries within the hotel. The food has been the best. And the service has been the best. Sheets and pillows in my room are absolutely so luxurious. My dreams are sweet ones. I sleep so well! I needed some things printed from an email. A couple of times. Ms Kenesha went out of her way for me. Really guided me along the process! The print shop on the ground level near the convention rooms called "the 11th hour " provides magnificent service. Top service! Wonderful staff! The restaurants are magnificent and so beautiful. The Service is magnificent. The dishware is so beautiful... like works of art! The chefs have filled my belly with such nourishing food. The sea bass at Fiorenzo was absolute HEAVEN. The stuffed avocado salad at B-Line Diner was amazing! The miso crusted crab fish was delicious. If I had my ukelele I would write a song about this place. It really was like a dream. I really love it here and I look forward to coming back.

Do they have Peloton bikes available like Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress?

They don't have Peloton bikes but they do have a large spin studio.

Do they have a shuttle from the airport or should I just take an Uber?

    Yes they do

Are there microwaves in the rooms?

No, but every hotel has one with their guest request department ( aka housekeeping) you can always request it prior to your arrival or upon your arrival. I'm not sure if the Hyatt Regency has one, but you can always ask and find out.

    Are micro fridges available? Thanks!

Hi, for the person who asked about an in room, fridge, YES indeed. I did not have to ask. This is a very well equipped hotel.

    Are micro fridges available?

Yes there are fridges in the room. When you check in, make sure you ask to confirm that you have one for your room in case there are different levels that only get refrigerators

If you don't follow your GPS like it's the voice of God, you'll drive past this place at least 10 times wondering if you're being pranked. Once you finally find it, though, you're in for a surprise. The hotel is attached to a magnificent steakhouse and gives off this classy vineyard-patio vibe that makes you feel like you're about to attend a wine tasting, even if you're just there for work like I was. Walking up, there are beautiful outdoor tables with glass tops where guests can relax, eat, and pretend they're important. Then you walk into the lobby and BAM dark wood floors, elegant furniture, comfortable sofas, and enough atmosphere to make you wonder, Wait what did I accidentally book? I was honestly concerned I'd somehow clicked the wrong hotel and was about to max out my credit card. Nope. Surprisingly affordable. The room? Fantastic. You've got a Keurig machine ready to fuel your caffeine addiction, a nice big TV, all the amenities you need, and then there's THE BED. Listen, I don't know if it's a pillow-top, a cloud-top, a Sleep Number, a NASA mattress, or if angels personally fluff it every afternoon, but that thing is dangerous. I laid down for what felt like five minutes and woke up the next morning. I slept harder than a newborn after a bottle. Now let's talk about room service. They have this little stand where you order directly from the steakhouse downstairs. I ordered dinner, expecting hotel prices that require a small bank loan. The bill was $35. I nearly called the front desk to report a pricing error. Meanwhile, I was hungrier than a hostage, and they delivered a meal fit for royalty. For a brief moment, I genuinely felt like a VIP. The hotel also has a nice bar for those who enjoy a drink. I don't drink, but if I did, I probably would've celebrated finally finding the entrance. Bottom line: great atmosphere, beautiful property, comfortable rooms, amazing food, affordable prices, and a mattress that may have supernatural powers. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. Would I still need GPS to find it? Also absolutely.

We were able to go out and about without worrying about driving, which made the trip even more enjoyable. The hotel was easy to find, and parking is conveniently located right across the street with simple in-and-out access (though, of course, there is a parking fee -- which is never fun). Inside, the hotel is very clean, beautifully decorated, and the staff was accommodating throughout our stay. Our room was on the fifth floor, which I actually prefer when staying in a city -- the higher up, the better to avoid street noise. One of my favorite features of Embassy Suites is the room layout. The separation between the living room and bedroom is ideal, especially if someone wants to rest while others are still awake. The rooms have consistently been clean and feel very homey. Everything was great -- until Sunday morning. This is a dog-friendly hotel, which we love since we bring our dog and take her on walks so she's not stuck inside all weekend. However, checkout morning was pure chaos. One of the two elevators was out of service, it was peak checkout time, and there was also a princess pageant event happening, so the hotel was much busier than usual. Trying to get downstairs with my dog was extremely frustrating. I looked for stairs but wasn't sure if they were alarmed. When I asked an employee to confirm, she looked at me like I had five heads, which didn't help my already thin patience (I definitely did not have enough coffee for that situation). I eventually just went downstairs. Coming back up was even worse -- the line for the single working elevator was ridiculous. When I asked the front desk about the stairs, I was told they were accessible from outside. I didn't realize I needed my key card to re-enter through the outdoor stairwell (which makes total sense -- I was just aggravated at that point). After going back inside and trying again, I ended up walking up five flights of stairs with my dog. Thankfully, we had requested a late checkout, so we avoided the absolute peak of the chaos. Our friends on the third floor ended up carrying their luggage down the stairs because waiting for the elevator wasn't worth it. Unfortunately, being on the fifth floor with a lot of luggage, that wasn't really an option for us. Aside from that stressful morning, we really enjoyed our stay. The complimentary evening happy hour with drink tickets and small bites is always a highlight. We also had breakfast on Saturday morning -- and honestly, the breakfast is a major deciding factor whenever we choose to stay at a Hilton. Overall, a great stay with one very frustrating checkout experience.

PRO's: -Nicely sized rooms - not huge, but not small either. I was assigned to a room with two queen beds, but it was just me, so I had an extra bed to put luggage, etc. on. -HUGE bathrooms, including a separate shower and separate bathtub, and nice amenties. -Excellent customer service - I had some ice packs I needed them to hold on to, in their freezer, and they were able to do that at the bell hop desk for me. -Ridiculously nice pool area - I was staying here for a conference and brought a swimsuit just in case, but as soon as I got to my room the first day - which they upgraded me, to a pool/lake room view, even though I don't have status with Marriott - I knew I had to try out the pool and waterslides. Luckily I had a spare hour before my conference started so I literally ate lunch and then jumped on a water slide, ha. ----There are three water slides: one you require an inner tube for, and the other two you just lay back while on it. CONs: -The area between the toilet and the toilet paper roll is super small. I am not a small person so this is probably why I had an issue, but I ended up just taking the toilet paper off the roll, because it kept hitting my thighs when I unrolled it. -The shower has a handheld area you can use or just the regular shower top (? I forget the name for that). The regular top doesn't have great water pressure, so I ended up using the handheld thing and just keeping it pointed towards me. They have a sign up in the lobby saying that Forbes chose them as one of the nicest properties in the world, I believe, and I can see why. They also have a few restaurants on site, as well as a Starbucks, but most of my meals were included at my conference; I did get Doordash the first day I was there, though. Be aware that for the Starbucks you cannot order ahead on the app, though, and the lines are often long (especially with conferences going on, and there were two while I was staying there, including ours!). I would definitely stay at this hotel again - I wasn't paying for the bill this time but I believe it is rather pricey normally, though.

The JW Marriott definitely looks and feels like a high-end property. The hotel is polished,…read moreattractive, and has the upscale atmosphere you expect from the brand. That said, the price point is definitely on the high side, so expectations naturally go up with it. For me, the biggest disconnect was the service level, which felt more fair than exceptional. Nothing was terrible, but it did not really match the luxury pricing or the overall image of the property. When you are paying premium rates, you expect service that stands out, and this felt a little more average than memorable. Overall, it is a nice hotel, but at this price level I was hoping for a stronger service experience.
