If you haven't been here at this place is honestly great however, right now there's a little bit lack of parking due to the very large baby shower party inside; I'm not sure if you can park at the parking lot across the street because they do have towing signs, but it is a really nice location when you can find a place to sit.

The seating area is pretty spacious and there's a lot of room to sit and move around, which I appreciated. That said, being in Florida during the summer, it was very hot, and there were quite a few flies around the outdoor seating areas. I'd also note there were a lot of kids in the central courtyard space, which seemed like it's designed as a family-friendly area. Overall though, it's a great spot with lots of variety, and I'd definitely go back to try more food trucks. Next time I'll just come prepared with bug spray (and maybe drink covers) to make the experience even more comfortable. Definitely worth checking out for a casual food truck night.

I've been trying to stop into this distillery for years, but my timing was always off. Either they were closed that day i was there or not opening before I left. But today, the starts aligned. If you know, John and I love going to small craft/ small batch distilleries & we have the bar to back that up. Years of learning what we love and what we (I really) don't. I was all interested in the bourbon! And they delivered! Every batch is a one and done, with every new batch trying to be better and more refined than the last. Reminds me of myself, I'm always moving forward & trying to do better! Loved the bourbon. The Winter Park Arts Festival blend was phenomenal! Then... I tried the Gincident and that was an easy yes, let's take that bottle home. Meanwhile, Chase was bragging about their Best Espresso Martini.... hmmm, prove it. Made with bourbon, omg yes please. Proprietary blend of coffee, vodka made in house and yes, it was one of my to three I've ever had! And now I want to start trying various bourbons to make one at home! To be honest, we thought we were coming to a brewery and quickly realized it was a distillery. We walked in and noticed a bunch of outdoor seating. It was the perfect night so we looked forward to sitting outside. The atmosphere was busy, but laid back. We entered into the dimly lit establishment at Harry Potter playing on the TV (win!). It was a speakeasy-esque vibe and I loved it. We ordered an old-fashioned and espresso martini which were quickly brought to our table. They indicated that the espresso martini was the best one in town, so naturally I had to try it. I would definitely say it takes top five. We sat outside and had a great evening at this place. We will definitely be back and look forward to it.

OH BREW THEORY IF I HAD ONLY KNOWN…read more So I have never done this before, but I am going to not review this venue, but my experience finding it. I promise if you get to the end of this story you will understand and find my experience as amusing as I did. Earlier in the day from my hotel room I was searching breweries on Yelp and I came upon Brew Theory. After looking at some old reviews and pictures I decided that this would be my adventure for the night. FORESHADOWING. Since I could not find any hours of operation or a phone number on Yelp, I decided to google it. I found a website which was just as unhelpful. No phone number, no hours of operation, just a contact form to fill out to contact them. Now at that point I probably should have known something was wrong, but I was Thirsty. So I decided to check it out and I could get the hours of operation and the phone number when I got there. So at 7pm when my meetings were done I decided to start on my adventure. The map ap said it was only about a 25 minute walk and it was a beautiful night so I started to walk. The journey took me under the Highway underpass, through some streets under construction and through an area that were it not for the good lighting I might have rethought my decision. I finally arrived at the entrance which is a back street next to a hotel. I honesty don't remember which hotel, but I walked through the parking lot of the hotel to get to the brewery's dock entrance. The lights were still on and it was pretty well lit. So I walked up the ramp to the door, looked on the door and the sign read, "Hours of Operation Monday-Friday 11am - 7pm Saturday- Sunday 12pm - 7pm. All I could do is smile. I had started my journey right when it was closing. I can only surmise that either the brewery just brews beer or the name of the tap room attached is why is on the sign. In any case, no beer here for me this night.
