Jasmine is talented, responsive, affordable, and professional. The first session took only about an hour and true to what she said, there was no scabbing. You just have to keep that ointment on your brows 24/7 for 7-10 days straight. My pillow cases got extremely oily... Included in her prices (don't forget to tip!) is a touchup session 4-6 weeks after the initial session. The second session again, took no more than an hour and aftercare was exactly the same. It's been several weeks after my touchup and I'm so happy with the results. I'd highly recommend Jasmine if you're looking for really natural brows.

Deborah already informed me the initial session was to see how the color would take since I had laser removal done prior. Most of the work would be done in this touch up session. It was nice to see Chloe and meet Grace (translator). She took a look at my brows, started the numbing process, and drew some design lines prior to start. This session took well about 2+ hours and some change. Chloe was extremely detailed in making sure everything looked great. My right brow was the one that had less old ink post laser removal so she made this side a bit dark so both sides would match when it fades and heals with time. She kept the thicker brows that I wanted with a softer arch. Poor Chloe's hands were getting all cramped up after my session. I appreciated her hard work in making beautiful brows for me. Grace informed me of the after care instructions and said she probably won't see me back for a couple of years. Of course, it all depends on individual and if I feel like I need a touch up earlier than later. She even gave me a Korean sandwich for lunch in case I didn't have time to get lunch. She also chooses a good color that fits you. I was going for a natural color that isn't too dark and was pleased with the shade of brown chosen! She always made sure I was feeling okay in terms of potential pain or discomfort as well as the temperature of the room. I tend to run hot, so I really appreciated that she asked me and turned on the A/C during the procedure. My skin is very oily so it had an issue with color retention. I had to get a re-touch within a month for best results and when some areas faded a bit after a few weeks, Chloe was very kind and offered to do another re-touch for free. I was very impressed by the customer service, professionalism, and how flexible she was! If you're looking for a place to get your eyebrows done, this is the place! Previously, my brows were micro-bladed by a different artist, and they ended up lightening significantly in less than a year and turning reddish (bottom photo)! I went through her portfolio and immediately loved her style. Her work was exactly what I had been looking for, and after seeing so many great reviews from her clients, I finally decided to take the plunge. I originally wanted to book for November, so I submitted an interest form through her website and reached out on Instagram. Reina was quick to respond and super friendly. When I saw that she still had September availability in SF, I went for it, sent my deposit, and booked my appointment. When I arrived, Reina made me feel comfortable right away. I originally wanted combination brows, but because my brows are very sparse from years of overplucking, she was honest and recommended ombré brows instead. She explained that they would be a better fit for the fuller Korean style I wanted. After answering all my questions, we started with numbing, then she carefully mapped and sketched my brows. The shape looked great almost immediately, and she really understood what I was going for. The actual process was surprisingly comfortable and not painful at all. She has a very light hand, and I appreciated how patient she was when I wanted to make a small adjustment to one brow. She also took the time to explain aftercare and answer all my questions before I left. The whole appointment took just under an hour. I'm so happy with how my brows turned out. Reina was professional, precise, patient, and really listened to what I wanted. I honestly wish I had found her sooner!

I have since shared photos with multiple permanent makeup artists, all of whom expressed surprise at the lack of visible results. I do not believe I should be required to spend additional money to have another artist correct work that did not produce the agreed-upon outcome. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this permanent makeup artist.

After several weeks of prepping my skin with red light therapy and using Aestura to help strengthen my skin barrier, the pigment finally stayed. The color did heal a bit darker than I originally anticipated, but I was honestly just thrilled to see real retention this time and excited to see how everything would soften with a touch-up. Jewlz checked in with me during the healing process and really listened to my concerns about the color. For the touch-up, she used a brown pigment to soften and balance the brows and that made all the difference. It's now been a few weeks since healing from my third appointment, and I can confidently say I love my brows. Jewlz truly worked her magic. I'm so grateful for her patience, transparency, and commitment to getting the results right. She essentially gave me a second session at no extra cost since we had to start over, and she never once made me feel rushed or upsold. Something I deeply respect. This experience reminded me that nano brows aren't one-size-fits-all, but having an artist who genuinely stands behind their work makes all the difference. Trust your Internet Auntie. I've gotten my brows micro bladed before somewhere else about 3 years ago (ombré brows). They faded within 3 months. I was so disappointed because this shit is expensive. I was told my skin was too oily and I sweat too much which messes with retention. Micro blading is just another word for tattooing your face in small sections in my opinion. So my dream of actually have eyebrows without having to pencil them in faded as fast as my bladed brows did. Now three years later I stumbled on Jewlz IG. Whoa, I was impressed. What the heck are nano brows? I'm not gonna explain it - just read her info on this page for the best description by the actual expert. I told her I wanted hair like strokes to look natural and real. Not like an Angry Bird and not like solid black bands on my face. I don't want it to look "obvious". She explained my options and mapped my face. She explained exactly what her plan was. Three hours later and my perfect nano brows were completed! I couldn't believe it ... I had my brows exactly as specified. I had a distinct nose bridge! I looked younger! I was happy! Julie is easy to talk to and easy to work with. She "got" what I wanted in just a few words. I'm on day 12 and they have hardly peeled in the healing stage. Tiny dry skin flakes but nothing major. She said nano brows offered good retention and so far that's been the case. I know you want to know "did it hurt?" Pain is different for everyone. She does the first pass as-is to get the outline done. Then she applies numbing cream. It feels like a sharp repetitive sting but you get used to it quickly. I was entirely comfortable throughout the whole process. Check out my pics for more reassurance if you need it. JUST BOOK IT. Get your face in order for 2025. Be happy when you look in the mirror. Save time not having to draw in your brows yourself every damn morning. Look badass instantly upon waking up Treat yo self. You deserve it. "Was it expensive?" Don't cheap out ... it's your FACE for goodness sakes. Her pricing is right in line with competitive artistry and permanent makeup. (I'll update this review if all of a sudden I wake up and there's a Case of the Disappearing Brows but I don't think that will happen.)
