It was a messy, complex job. Not many people in the Bay will take on a job like this so we really appreciate Paul doing so! I drove the car home today and it's truly as good as new. HIGHLIGHTS In addition to the work we agreed on-which they did well-Paul also threw in a bit extra, doing a bit of bonus body work. He clearly cares and takes great pride in his work. NOTES This kind of work is labor-intensive and it required a lot of investigation-which means it was also quite expensive. We had a bit of sticker-shock in the end. I recommend asking periodically what the total will be because it snuck up on us. (Paul communicates a ton-by text and phone-but more about the details-so you might need to ask him to bring it back up to the big picture, and to get it summarized in a work order with an estimated cost that you can track.) And definitely get insurance looped in from Day One! That said, Paul's also working closely with us to get insurance to reimburse most of the cost. I'll update this review again when the insurance case is closed, and can hopefully add that the cost to us after insurance *wasn't* an arm and a leg (Fingers crossed!) But either way I'm confident that we're lucky to have had a team as caring and knowledgeable get our car back into livable condition.
