I checked their ingredients on website, it says "fragrance" no idea of what's in it but when I say I was affected, my whole face bright red burning after using blanket washed with it, my body pins and needles from histamine attack. Had to re-wash everything in my house to get my symptoms to calm down. This may not be the case for everyone, I know a lot of people love it, but I think there should be more ingredient transparency instead of using the marketing words for natural and non toxic.

The aesthetician, Jessie is a lovely person and a joy to talk to while having the service performed. She was very helpful and pointed me in the right direction for other services I needed elsewhere. It is still too soon to know the results of the facial, but the process itself was very relaxing. I would recommend this location, as I didn't even know Merle Norman did more than makeup. I also will be back, even if facials aren't on special... and that is saying a lot as I am frugal as they come.

I got there before they opened and was the first person at the counter and one of the only people in the store. The woman behind the counter told me that it was first-come first-served but that someone else that she knew had booked an unofficial appointment so I would have to wait two hours. I don't care whether they take appointments or not but they should decide what the policy is because the whole process was totally unprofessional. They didn't even offer me one of the secret appointments another day. Even if I wanted to go back, I would have no idea when they are taking clients or how to get an appointment.

This place is a wonderland of fun and discounts! In fact, if you are any of the above mentioned folks chances are you frequent this place as much as I do. Cosmo offers up all the best brand name products and tools for a huge discount. In fact, I can get most products here cheaper than I can through my salon with my 40% off discount. The staff is well-versed on beauty trends and is readily available to help you with everything from nail colors to formulating hair color. They also can usually give you a good idea of what most other professionals are leaning towards in terms of hair and nail tools. I particularly don't mind spending my hard earned cash here because they are always so friendly. They are a chain and are found in most every state, but they don't operate like one. They know my name and my face, and are always excited to see me and find out how my last hair project went. This location on Summer is awesome. I love the gals that work here. I highly suggest that if you are in the beauty industry and hold a license, you go here for your product purchases.
