I hung up on him, filed a police report, talked to the (very friendly and nice) branch manager who said there was some kind of digital security breach and that I shouldn't worry about my personal safety. But then they never followed up to tell me what happened. I was traveling for work alone, had to freeze all my credit cards, etc... It's been two months now, and I never received any kind of follow up as to what happened. Nor an apology. I won't take a step into another Massage Envy anywhere until this addressed, and I'd advise you don't either! I feel sorry for the awesome service providers that were caught in the middle of this- but it *must* be addressed by the business.
