Pretty good curry here! I have tried both pineapple and mango and have not been disappointed. However, I spend about 5min eating and everything is gone. For what I pay for the curry, portions should be a tad bit bigger for the money or college student. read more

Went on a Saturday night. Not busy. Food came out very quick! Customer service was really good. I got the fried duck with mixed vegetables. Not really good. The duck was chewy and had almost like a buffalo sauce? Not sure but yeah, I wouldn't recommend anything with duck. I believe their other dishes are better. read more

The food was SO good!!! We had to stop and tell the chef that we had one of the top 5 Thai meals ever. There were 4 if us and we all had something different and everyone loved their dishes. I don't think the Thai food here can beat anything that you could be able to get in a big city but I appreciate that they put both chicken and shrimp in my Pad Thai. I am a regular here so I'll give you the down low. The owner is quiet but kind. Not chatty because it's always packed. The pineapple fried rice (beef) is my all time favorite and I love the pumpkin curry (beef),They are super fast for me when I walk in to get a to go order. Don't know what I'd do without this place. Stopped here for dinner. The restaurant is walking distance from campus, and we were seated immediately. I'll agree with previous reviews in the friendliness and decor. The waitress and waiter were attentive but not friendly. They were not unfriendly either, just hurried with business. The place itself is dark, which was actually nice coming in from the bright outside. The food was very good. We had the Pad Thai, which was above average, the yellow curry, which was excellent, and the coconut milk lemongrass soup, which was very good. We come here every time we visit Rexburg. I love the Drunken Noodles. They make them vegetarian with tofu and they're so good. The service is always really quick and I know I won't have to wait long, even if it is busy. My only wish is that they didn't put straws in all the drinks. read more

While the food was delicious, the service made this a place that I will never go to again. My mother was visiting from out of town and wanted to go somewhere nice for dinner. We decided that Original Thai would be our destination since I had heard some positive reviews about their food. We walked in about an hour before their closing time, but we didn't plan on lingering. We were greeted by an angry woman insisting that we could only order takeout because they were closing the doors at 9, and we must not be there later than that. After some awkward discussion about if we should stay or not, we decided that we would order take out and get some drinks while we waited for our food. The woman was visibly annoyed that we were staying and ordering food though there were still several groups eating their meals at that point. After sitting down to browse the menu, we were ignored for 20 minutes, and our food wasn't ready for another 25. The drinks we ordered tasted watered down, and there was very strange music playing loudly. It was incredibly unwelcoming, and while the food that we ate at home was decent, I certainly would never go back. It was embarrassing to take someone there who wanted to have a nice dining experience. read more

The food here is very good! There aren't many places in Rexburg where you'll find better food. It's very traditional so don't expect rabbit food (vegan) or allergy safe food. Just remember that Thai food is not western food and that's what makes it so delicious! The service is prompt, but decidedly bland. So don't expect a peppy, cheery servers. Really enjoy this place for thai food. It is a little nicer than most places in the area and is a great date night spot. Be warned though, the food is good...but the service is bad! Do not go looking for a friendly conversation with your waiter about something on the menu. I love that they have some great vegetarian options. My favorite is the yellow curry with tofu! read more

Stopped in for a quick lunch with my husband and daughter and had a great experience! The service was good, prices were good and food was delicious. We split a dinner sized portion of Pad Thai with shrimp and a lunch portion of panang curry with chicken.
