The Service: My server did a great job taking my order, making sure my drinks were replenished and actually getting my somewhat unusual hot tea with steamed milk and honey correct on the first try! The Food: Besides the traffic, here's where the restaurant falls on its sword. I ordered corned beef hash topped with poached eggs a side of "crispy" home fries and buttered sour dough toast. The Good: The highlight of the meal was the "homemade" corned beef hash. I'm always hesitant to order "homemade" corn beef hash because it's often full of items it really doesn't need. However, this corned beef hash was absolutely excellent and it was clear that it was really "homemade". The sour bread toast was also done properly and was amply buttered instead of what you get at so many places which provide a dash of butter, brushed on by a butter brush. Unfortunately, that's where the good ends. In fact they were probably the most mushy home fries I've ever had. The Price: I must say, the price was not bad but, I'd prefer to pay a bit more and get a better breakfast anytime!

Food is absolutely fantastic here. If you are looking for a small mom and pop New York style pizzeria look no further. Once you get a taste of Annas and you will be hooked! The sauce is made in house and fresh, not shipped in cans like other "franchised" pizza places and the mozzarella cheese is on point. All sandwiches and dinners are absolutely enormously portioned. Which I would be a fool to complain about. No other pizza place can compare to this place. The only thing i could ask more of is when I order extra extra cheese I like it dripping off my pizza, only because the cheese is so good. I really don't see a big difference between extra cheese and when I order it just with regular cheese. That will not effect my 5 star rating . If you are looking for a place to dine in this may not be the best place to go since Anna does keep it hot like hell itself in her restaurants lol But that won't even effect my 5 star rating... This is a updated menu of Annas. I know a lot of customers kept saying they can't find a menu online, so here you go! I love her Penne Alla Vodka Brandon style (with chicken) and her Chicken Marsala is amazing as well! Cash only of course. Friendly atmosphere. Take out for the most part. Everyone kept telling us that Anna's has the best pizza and that we just had to go. So we finally went- got Veal Parmesan subs and a large cheese pie. The pizza for us was just too doughy. Way too much bread. The subs were good but the rolls they use are extremely soft, tasteless, and not toasted at all. So the subs immediately fell apart when trying to lift it out of the box. The original Anna's is the best! Their food is very good, you get large servings & the garlic rolls are yummy; occasionally they have cinnamon rolls & they are truly scrumptious. Her site on Dixie is cash only so be prepared and sometimes wait is long than expected, but is sooo worth it! read more

Their posted hours indicate they are open until 8:00 p.m. Since my wife and I typically go out to dinner around 7:30-8:00 p.m., this was the first time we were able to arrive before closing. We walked in at approximately 7:25 p.m., expecting to have dinner, only to be told they were no longer accepting dine-in orders and were serving takeout only. If your posted closing time is 8:00 p.m., customers should reasonably expect to be able to dine in until then--or at the very least, there should be a clearly posted notice stating that dine-in service ends earlier. Instead, we made the trip only to be turned away. We eat out five or six nights a week and typically spend $70-$90 for dinner with drinks and tip. We were ready to become regular customers if the pizza lived up to its reputation, but first impressions matter. We left without ordering and, unfortunately, won't be back. Businesses have every right to establish their own policies, but those policies should match the hours they advertise so customers don't waste a trip.
