Was in the area running errands and looked up rice roll noodles places near by. Unfortunately, we came across this place. We ordered shrimp, beef, and fried dough rice roll noodles + beef brisket noodle. Placed the order at around 2:00pm, and the food wasn't ready until 2:30pm. There was only one customers order before ours, and I would have been ok with the incredibly long wait if the food was at least decent. I was incredibly underwhelmed when we got home and opened up the takeout containers. The portions were sooo small and there was little to no protein in each of the rice rolls. They even got one of our dishes wrong. The price point of their noodles are similar to other speciality rice roll places, although this is located in a food court. Needless to say, we will not be returning.

Rice Rolls Rules!! Love the Daily Special Combo for $5.99. Really good deal. I ended up ordering Plain Rice Rolls and Minced Beef Congee. I found the congee so so but love the rice rolls. Great texture silky but bouncy mouth feel. Made fresh when order! Definitely will be back for those yummy rice rolls and I love the different varieties.

When the weather gets cold and your body starts feeling in the dumps, you tend to look for comfort foods. Growing up there was no Mac n Cheese, or Chicken noodle..we had Congee and to this day if I feel under the weather, nothing satisfies more then a bowl of "juk". Was in the Peach Tree Plaza this morning and wanted to have some congee and Oriental Porridge was open. I got the daily special of Beef Slice Congee and Egg Rice Roll for $5.99 plus tax. I have to admit it really hit the spot! The congee was smooth no too salty and the beef tender. The egg rice roll was actually really good as it was the scrapped style rice roll and had a great balance of chew and texture. Really enjoyed my meal here. Solid 3.5/5! Will be back.

A decent congee place in a food court. I ordered the plain congee and the Taiwan Bok Choy & Egg rice noodle. Their rice noodles shine. It is made to order and reasonably priced. The congee is typical, a bit watery that day, but glad it doesn't look like they thicken with corn starch or other means. My mom's pork liver congee was filled with pork liver - absolutely filled.

NEW RICE ROLL JOINT IN TOWN!! The rice rolls here are really smooth and silky!! We ordered the special daily combo ($5.99) that included egg rice rolls and congee with sliced pork. I love this type of texture especially with egg!! The congee is average here, not super good, but the sliced pork is really good. Not tastless, too chewy, or too fatty. Very good for the price and would definitely recommend you try it out for yourself!! They're one of the busiest stalls in the food court!!

I'm surprised to find a good congee place in this food court. I had their pork liver congee and plain rice noodle roll. The congee was loaded with livers and they were tender and juicy. The congee had the right amount of thickness. Rice noodle roll was smooth. Will get take out if come again cause the food court is full of filthy tables and chairs.

I ordered a pork liver congee and plain rice rolls combo ($6) for lunch. Plain rice rolls often set the bar for me, as imperfections have nowhere to hide. As many reviewers said, rice rolls were good. Smooth, dense and filling. I usually prefer plain congee over flavoured congee. Not this time. The pork livers were really good, because they were sliced thick and cooked just right. They didn't tasted tough as a result. The congee was disappointing. Very diluted. It felt odd that the rice rolls were more filling than one big serving of congee. The rating is unfortunately averaged down to 3 stars.

I was there last week for a quick lunch at area, but it closed due to health issue. Well, I dun expect it is as clean as the major mall food court, but I dun expect it closed by York Region Public Health. It means it is really have issues. Their congee is so so, I went there before because of those Yelp reviews and it was over rated. I rather pay more to go to other one located on Steels and Warden if you want to eat congee.

My new go to place for congee and rice noodles. I haven't had anything that's not tasty there. The sweet cruller and dough sticks goes quite will with the congee. The lady who works there does have a bit of attitude at times, but it will not deter me from going back to them for my congee fix. Price is reasonable however they charge if you need an extra styrofoam bowl.

Very good congee and rice rolls. Wait is a bit long but good sign it means their food is worth waiting for and well represented.

However, I think it is a kind place. Within CA$7, you can get a decent and tasty meal. You might even have leftovers and have it the next day. I truly believe it saves a lot of families who are struggling. Those families might not be that broken and need to go to food banks to get free food, but still having a hard time living in Toronto. I feel grateful to have this kind of food court

They have an afternoon tea menu, which is great, and most items are around $10 or less, making it pretty economical compared to a lot of other places these days. I did knock a point off because they sometimes get my order wrong, which can be a bit frustrating. Still, overall it's a decent spot if you want budget-friendly Hong Kong-style food.
