I was then approached and made to feel like I had done something wrong for sitting at a table that had no indication whatsoever that it was reserved. I completely understand that a table may have been reserved, but the way I was treated was unnecessary and extremely uncomfortable. A simple "I'm sorry, this table is reserved" would have been enough. Instead, I was made to feel unwelcome. After seeing all of the wonderful reviews, I was shocked that this was my experience. The lack of communication and the way the situation was handled left a really bad impression. Great reviews mean very little if customers aren't treated with basic courtesy and respect.

The food is really good and there are so many items on the menu, that I definitely recommend coming with a few people so you can try all the things you want without it being way too much food. There are a few waiters/waitresses and they all attentive. Even though one person takes the order, the other servers may bring your food, get you another drink, or clear things off of your table. This is also another restaurant I will definitely be back to and highly recommend, especially if you're looking for Dim Sum in Pines.

Been coming to this restaurant for years, I do not understand how this place has these ratings. The services are nice and fast. This place also makes sushi and delivers pretty far distances. It's also located in a neat place. It's right next to Publix, I come by and do my shopping and I order food on the way. Next time you should come here. read more

I cannot stand when you walk into an establishment to patronize them and they have tons of attitude! But this isn't my first experience with attitude at this place. It's right next door to my daughter's dental office and so I've ordered a time or two. It seems to have a pretty decent business flow but I cannot recall eating anything that stood out as phenomenal or worth returning for. I've come here out of mere convenience and necessity.
