Kammie is one of the most professional and responsible business professionals I have met in Seattle. I relocated from California a year ago and was very disappointed by the lack of response and service I received from business people in Seattle. However, Kammie is exemplary! She returns your calls/ web inquires right away and is very responsible with her follow up and follow thru. Other services I have dealt with either never return calls or do so days later ...,and then do not show up on time as committed... Or don't come at all! I'm not sure why this is? Perhaps they don't need the money or the work??? And I am not the only one who has had this experience... I talked with several other folks who have expressed the same experiences and frustrations. Kammie; however, was a refreshing find for me on Yelp... She not only returned my inquiry right away, but followed with a phone call and emailed me a reminder prior to arriving as planned... On time and ready to go to work! She is extremely trustworthy and very creative. She is by far... The best business person I have had the pleasure to interact with in Seattle... She puts all the other businesses with high ratings on Yelp to shame. Not all ratings are 100% accurate... But I can tell you without a doubt,Kammie is worth every penny and more. She does not take advantage of your time and often works over to get the job completed and up to her own high standards. Not only is she a great organizer and businesswoman, she is a great " handywoman" who I would choose over any of the " handyman" sites I initially chose to have work done when I first moved to Seattle. Whitney did a fantastic job reorganizing a VERY messy crawl space, with storage items for 2 adult kids and a number of unopened boxes from the estate of my mother, who passed away 5 years ago. There were also a lot of boxes related to my art business shoved into that space. Somehow, in 6 hours, the entire space was reorganized and looking very tidy, after Whitney took me through all of the necessary steps of making decisions for the kids' stuff, my departed mother's stuff and my stuff. She shows great sensitivity and calm leadership, even remembering to remind me to take a break now and then. She was a great cheerleader as well, helping me to make difficult decisions without too much guilt, and giving encouragement for making swift decisions. I could have shared a story about each item I unwrapped; Whitney did a lovely job of listening to the start of some of them and gently moving me forward to focus on the next item to make a decision on. We had Kim come over and organize our home office. She did an amazing job in 3hour declutering the space. She quickly developed a method for organizing files and information that we didnt think possible in the short time she was here. We hauled out 5 garbage bags of shredded paper, recicled a trunk full of games and puzzes that we no longer used, cleaned out a closet that now became part of the office and reassembled the space with a new fresh look. We highly recomend her and are looking for projects around the house to hire her again. She loves her job and that makes it even more speccial about working with her. One of our fears was not knowing what the results would look like, " what would we say to her, what would we ask when we dont know where to start?" I have worked with Seattle Organizing Experts a few times now, and I can honestly say that without them, my life would be a LOT harder. I was at the point where I just had so much to do that nothing was getting done, and I had no idea where to start on getting my apartment together. Julie has really helped me get my apartment organized and functioning. I just had WAY too much stuff, and she helped me go through and decide what I really needed/wanted, and what I just hadn't had the time or heart to get rid of. After that, she had some great ideas on how to use the space I have to the best advantage. Logan and Whitney were amazing! We asked them to help us turn our garage from a junk room into an art room. When we looked at the space that first day, our vision seemed almost impossible. But Logan and Whitney took everything out of our garage and helped us get rid of a huge amount of things we no longer needed. Then they got to work helping us organize the things we were keeping. Logan picked up (and put together) the perfect locked cabinet for things that we want to make sure our two boys can't get into. And by our final session, we were actually hanging paintings to decorate the space. There are tables set up for artwork and bins for our outdoor play and outdoor gardening supplies. I had a free consultation from Whitney and we agreed on a scheduled 2 person, 6-hour day. I was so excited to finally get my spare room unpacked and organized. It's been nearly a year and I swear the boxes were multiplying on their own in that room. Whitney and Rachel showed up on time and had so much energy - they hit the ground running. She was really comfortable giving directions and expressing what she needed. She was overall really pleasant to be with and made me feel super comfortable.
