She charged me for two hours of "developing a master furniture plan" on the invoice and I never saw a plan. I had to call and schedule the furniture rental, payment, etc and it was only for a few pieces of furniture. I noticed that the furniture is available directly through the rental companies website, so not sure what this two hour charge was for. Definitely will not be using her service again.

She picked out the paint colors, picked out all of our furniture, decor, and accesories, and used things we already had to stage our home all for one low fee (plus the price of the furniture and accesories). The other amazing thing about Tasha is that she did everything in one day. Yes, she transformed our dark, lifeless cave to a bright, chic, midtown oasis all in one day and for one low fee. The transformation is quite amazing. Plus, she stayed within our budget, which was pretty low. It was definitely cheaper and more practical for us to use Tasha's services than to try to stage our home on our own. So, if you're looking to give your place a professional makeover then Tasha is your person for the job. She does consultations only too in case you want to shop for everything yourself. Also, she specializes in redesign, where she uses the things you already have to optimize the beauty of each room. Aside from the great feedback from potential buyers, even our personal agent crew (who sees staging all the time) kept raving about her work. Not to mention the professional photos of the staging made it look magazine worthy. In 3 days we had multiple offers. Though our contract was set for a specific amount of time; I also was pleased to find out she doesn't penalize for 'breaking' the contract and destaging early due to closing on the home.
