We've been using Absolutely Yours for over two years. Robert comes twice a week and takes care of everything from tidying up, to dishes (including putting them away), to laundry (including ironing and putting away), to groceries, to walking the dog, to whatever other random errands or things around the house need to be done. I can't believe no one has written a review for Absolutely Yours yet. This was an absolute lifesaver for me!!! So I am a single woman, professional (read work all the time) and I am not necessarily the most organized person in the world. I also don't have a green thumb and don't know a ton about gardening and landscaping and all that crap. After getting fined by my HOA because I had weeds growing out of my 5'x5' plot of dirt in the front of my house and attempting to weed and hoe that plus my rooftop deck, ending with rashes on my hands from some weeds and scratches on my arm from all the dead branches I was pruning as well as wasting an entire sunny Saturday trying to get my outdoor rooftop ready for summer (while my friends drank at the bar) I had had enough. I was complaining to one of my good friends. "How bad is it if I hire a landscaper to help me when I don't actually have a yard? I need help." Plus I wanted to have a party and my house, roof were in no shape to have one. So my friend says, well I can give you Robert's number. He helps me with stuff. My friend is posh and busy so I'm like, "What kind of stuff?" "Everything. He washes clothes, and cleans and he will help with anything. Plus I trust him." Well the trust thing is huge for me and since he was recommended I decided it was worth it - the trust actually being more important to me than the quality of the work initially. So I gave him a call. He is a young super amiable, polite, calm guy and he asked me what sort of things I needed help with. I started with the roof explaining all the things I needed. But when he mentioned he did house cleaning and organization, the list of things I needed just started growing. What's more is I wanted to have a birthday party and I had to get all of this done within a two week window. Robert assured me he would have me completely ready for guests by my party. Robert is the best. He power washed my deck, put mulch down on my front 5x5 plot, he cleaned up dead branches got rid of gross pots of sludge, re potted plants, restrung the outdoor lights that were busted, cleaned all my dirty dusty cushions and my roof looked like the most gorgeous oasis ever! But he didn't stop there. He hung pictures, he put in hard to reach lightbulbs, he organized my closet!!! And he cleaned my house as good as I would have cleaned it (And I'm a little anal about those things) And what's more is he did it all with the best attitude and in time for my party. It was like this huge stress relief when I came home to a clean house ready for entertaining. He has a website and his prices are very very manageable. I am already working on the list of things I forgot about that I'll get his help with a little later and I have already scheduled him for regular house cleaning. He is a handyman, landscaper, organizer, housecleaning wizard and he saved my life! I love him! I check Yelp for just about everything, but I had to create an account just to leave these guys a review :-) AYC is AWESOME. My husband and I work long hours from home, and with a 9 year old and a dog, our home was steadily going from lived in, to a little disorganized, to messy to downright hives-inducing chaos. We needed help, and we needed it fast. I saw the review for AYC and figured, why not. I called and left a voicemail, not expecting a call back until the next day at the earliest. Amanda called me just 5-10 minutes later, so right away they got bonus points for responsiveness. I'm going to go ahead and put it out there: it can be a little embarassing to tell a complete stranger that your house is so messy that just contemplating how much you have to do in the very small amount of time you have available makes you want to cry. Amanda was very friendly and sweet, and immediately put me at ease. We scheduled a time for her and Robert to come out and provide an estimate based on how much work there was to do, and she followed it up with an email confirmation. Robert and Amanda showed up right on time, and the ease I felt on the phone happily translated to real life. My husband is very picky about who we let into our home (having been burglarized a few too many times when he was younger) and even he felt very comfortable with Robert and Amanda. They took a look around and reassured us that it was nowhere near as bad as we thought it was (yay), and recommended one of their packages. We set a date for when the work was to begin, and received another email confirmation from Amanda. So far so good! So, fast forward a couple of days... Robert arrives on time, and immediately digs in. He's a man with a plan, and in a ridiculously short amount of time brought order to our upstairs chaos. We were happy, giddy even, to be able to reclaim and feel comfortable in our home. He did a beautiful job, and I'm happy to say he gave us what we needed and we've been maintaining order in there ever since. :-) There's quite a bit more work to be done before we're done, and we're looking forward to his next visit later this week. AYC brings a really great attitude and fantastic work ethic, and their work is absolutely worth every penny. I can't recommend them enough. read more

Robert was hired to install 2 thermostats in our home. He wired them wrong and as a result when we turned on our heat, the incorrect wiring burned out both of our heating systems. It cost us over $1100 to have them repaired. Amanda has ignored my phone calls and texts in my effort to settle this issue. Everyone should know that Absolutely Yours Concierge will not honor their commitments, nor stand behind their work skills, or simply do the right thing. Look elsewhere. This will be the 3rd time we've used Absolutely Your - The first was for odd jobs around the house like hanging shelves and cleaning our back patio (pressure washing etc) After hearing about the other services they offered, I confirmed them for house cleaning. As a busy family with 2 small boys, we are looking for as many shortcuts as possible and biweekly home cleaning is a major help for us! So much so, that we budget it as a necessary expense for us! Well after our first home cleaning, all I can say is WOW! It was wonderful to come home to a clean home! Robert was awesome and detailed! The price was comparable to another vendor we previously used but the results were 10 times better! To make sure it wasn't a fluke I booked Robert again for another home cleaning and am now writing this immediately after our 2nd cleaning. Needless to say, Absolutely Yours is now our go-to company! Robert and Amanda are absolutely the best!!! I cannot compliment them enough on the amazing job they do. We started using them about a year ago and had no idea how much they would make life easier for us. Initially we had them come bi weekly for cleaning and organizing, the usual. We also have two dogs and they would pick them up from daycare, take them on walks, feed and play with them. They are always able to accommodate or help when we need it. From setting up for parties, picking up last minute items, cleaning- everything is top notch. We now have them come weekly to our new home and we could not imagine life without them.
