The folks here are friendly, accommodating and I have never had anything damaged or stained by them since coming here. If you've been concerned about coming to this cleaners after reading those old reviews, I'd recommend trying them out. Upon picking the jackets up, I WAS NOT INFORMED THAT THEY WERE DAMAGED. I got home removed them from the plastic and this is what I saw. I then went back to the store the day after picking them up and asked why I wasn't told they were damaged when I picked them up. I was told that I was informed, but really all I was told was to be careful cleaning the older jacket as the more it's cleaned the more it would be prone to damage. The 2nd jacket that was damaged had only been worn once. They insisted that the jacket was old even though it was not. They took no responsibility for sending me home with damaged items and no responsibility for not informing me when I picked up my items. I requested a refund for both the damaged jackets. This was my first time even going to this dry cleaner. The only reason I trusted them was because they told me they normally clean down jackets without issues. After returning the damaged jackets to the store, I waited an extra 2 days for the manager to "assess" the damage. Neither jacket can be worn due to the damage. They did not offer to fix them and I was told that there would not be a refund for either of them because I knew there was a risk of them being damaged. Horrible service, lack of sympathy and honestly just cruel. The majority of money I spent was on these two jackets that I now cannot even wear. I will absolutely NOT be returning. Horrible experience for the first time trying a business. The same lady that failed to inform me of the damage upon pickup was the person that told me I wouldn't be refunded. Now I'm just out of the money I paid and the two jackets. The fact they would even send me home with items without telling me they were damaged is beyond me.

It was a two part patch where I asked specifically to place the two patches close to each other but not exactly touching and what I got was my patches over an inch apart, it looked totally stupid like a child patched it on. During my visit the tailor was measuring and marking up patches for a police officer so that the officer got the BEST patch job he could possibly get. I guess since I didn't walk in with a gun on my hip I got a mediocre patch job and I'll never bring shirts here for patches ever again. I ended up ripping half my patch off my sleeve because it just looked terrible the way it was applied. For the half I did not rip off, at least that was aligned fairly properly on my shirt sleeve. I paid for patches to be poorly placed and dry cleaning. Dry cleaning was done nicely, patches not so much. If you are a cop then this place will roll out the red carpet for you presumably because the owner likes to speed and wants favor with local cops to give him a pass when pulled over. If you aren't a cop then be prepared to be treated like a second class customer. Overall in my opinion your milage may vary with the services provided here. Maybe visit in a police officer costume and the tailor will give you his undivided attention. What I wanted wasn't that difficult and the patch was small.

I received a call saying that one of my shirts had holes in it and they asked me if I dropped it off that way. If you look at the picture, no one in their right mind would drop off a shirt with those kind of holes for dry cleaning. When I picked up my shirts I found that 2 more of them were ruined which was not brought to my attention. They offered to "wipe my bill" but imagine picking up your dry cleaning and they say "we ruined half of your shirts but don't worry we won't charge you, it's free." After 5-6 phone calls, management conveniently "not in" each time, they refused to compensate me for the value of the shirts. These people do not care about you, bring your business somewhere else!
