    We went to John B. and wanted to sell both of our cars and get into just 1 vehicle, well Madie and John made that happen! They even came back with a lower interest rate and accepted the low down payment we had. We drove off with a brand new 2025 Rav 4 XLE awd. Amazing fellows. Thanks for going above and beyond.     Orem Toyota did a great job of going above and beyond to help my husband and I get a great looking Toyota Tacoma Off-road. We were treated very respectfully and we got the deal we wanted. I had to take a shuttle from ST. George to get it. They were very accommodating and friendly. Thank you all at Orem Toyota that made this purchase a success.

    I took my car to the dealership on May 22 to see why my car would not start remotely, so I did the 5k inspection. They did not fix the remote start. They said they would have to think about how to fix it in their exact words. They scheduled me another appointment for May 24, 2024, to get the remote start fix appointment at 10:30 am. They also put the cross bars on my car, the clear plastic protection on my bumper, and all my door sills. I was there from 10:30 until 6:00 pm. I went to my car at 6:00 pm, and they did nothing to fix the remote start. The service guy said you didn't tell us about that. I told him you were standing by my car when I installed your Toyota app on my extra tablet which took 20 minutes so you could see why my car was not remote starting. All of a sudden, he remembers. I asked if I could come on Saturday, and he said no, and I would have to go on Tuesday. This is the second time I have come to the dealership, and this issue has not been fixed, so now I have to waste another day. Most places I go to give five-star reviews, but honestly, I have to come to this dealership multiple times to fix. Also, I paid for the clear coat of plastic on the bumper. It is 1 1/2 wide. The plastic I asked to go on the door sills so the paint wouldn't get scratched. They put Prius scratch plates at the bottom of the sill. I told them I paid for the clear plastic to be more protected than that and the sills to have a clear plastic coat only. Everything I do on this car for any modifications, I have to come back. It seems like three times for them to do their job right, or they just never do it right in the first place. I am severely disappointed in this company. None of the issues below have been fixed on my car. They refused to take any accountability over my headliner they ruined. See my pictures for the door sills was only to be clear plastic not adding something that says Prius that will scratch really quickly since it is aluminum. You will see in the image where I have my finger pointing at the bumper spot; that is all they did. I told him that I wanted to go down the bumper so it would protect for loading and unloading or shopping carts hitting. This does nothing. I could've done this for $15 from eBay and not paid over $200 for each spot. It's ridiculous; my service technician was Chris on this. I spent 8 hours at the dealership for this poor service. Brown Toyota was supposed to fix my headliner because there was an orange mark on the driver's side, and they scrubbed it off, ruining my new headliner for my 2023 Prius. Attached is what they did to my headliner, making it even worse. I have been trying to get this fixed since last year. I have always bought Toyota vehicles, but this is the worst and only experience I have ever had. I tried many times to address this with Kyle, Ryan

After coming back to the shop 3 hours later to pick it up, my car was not at the shop. Turns out they took the car to another shop in town who had the correct machines to get the job done. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time instead of seeing my car driven in to the shop from a different shop. Fast forward to now, my AC went out again several weeks ago and I'll need to take it in once more to inspect what is happening. While this service was cheaper then competitors I feel it may have been worth it in the long run to take it somewhere else because I'll end up paying more to get it done again anyway at this point.

    Update: CNG utah helped me by buying the fuel pressure regulator (an expensive part) all I had to…read morepay for was the install abt $100. Dispute the issues they were very fair. I purchased a CNG car from CNG Utah not long ago (6 months) and have already paid over 3 grand in repairs. When I purchased the car my offer was accepted quick and sent out the door, maybe they knew more than I did about the problems. I am not blaming CNG Utah for the rest of what happened, as they sell used cars, but I have had the absolute worst car I have owned. - From day one the alignment was bothering me, I thought it would be a quick alignment and done: after $250 repair on CV axel, the right side inner tie rod still needs repaired $220. (These were issues that were probably known as they had a mechanic specifically look at the car before I bought, maybe he didn't look as he should have. I should have checked with a mechanic that wasn't hired by CNG Utah. If they did know about it that is a big issue, if they didn't it is still a major concern for not doing a proper inspection on a vehicle they trust to go into the market with mechanical problems.) - 3 months after owning the vehicle the transmission jammed which cost $550. The car was stuck in gear. (this may be a fluke thing, probably unknown) - Now 5 months after purchasing the gas tank pressure was leaking, which will cost over $2,000 to repair the fuel pressure regulator. I normally write positive reviews, but I can't on this one. The folks at CNG Utah have been cordial, but I wouldn't recommend buying CNG. Others may have positive reviews, but the added $3,000 in less than 6 months of driving has no balance to the savings in fuel cost, the pain to drive an extra 10-15 min to fill up each time, plus Idaho does not have any public stations. Thanks for reading I hope this helps you make your decision on buying a CNG car. Note to reader: this was Honda Civic CNG only car, not a bi-fuel or converted vehicle.
