However, one shower nurse was very unkind to my mother! She made my mother's stay there and her recovery absolutely miserable! My mother was also treated very badly by the facility leadership. So I have mixed feelings about Stonhendge. And like I said, some of the nurses and physical therapists were just absolute angels to my mom. But some of the staff, including an extremely mean nurse, ruined the whole experience for my mother there. I don't understand why extremely cruel people like this nurse become CNA's? There's so many other (less stressful) occupations out there where you don't have to take your bad attitude out on vulnerable elderly people! WHY?

On 1 June 2026 my wife came to Stonehenge in AF. She had a wound which required a minimum of twice…read moredaily dressing changes. That did not happen. I argued with the nursing manager who insisted the wound was not to be cared for that way. I saw the orders and contacted the previous provider to confirm the orders. In short after nearly 4 days at Stonehenge, my wife was admitted back into a hospital to care for her wound which had grown 40 to 50% and deepened to over 1" deep. Just try to find a lawyer that will file a suit for the small amount that is recoverable in this situation, oh sorry, that would require an honest lawyer. Don't use this facility for anyone requiring skilled nursing because they likely will not follow the necessary care orders from a competent medical facility.

However, there are billing problems EVERY SINGLE TIME I use Revere at any location. I have primary and secondary insurance. I got notification that I owed a balance, which I should not, since the secondary insurance pays whatever is left after the primary pays. I called billing and they said they were unable to reach my supplemental insurance company. I called the insurance company and got through to an actual human right away. I called the hospital billing department back and told them what number to call, and to wait to talk to a human. I will wait a few days to see if they get it straightened out. I am concerned, because I am scheduled to have the other knee replaced next month, and do not want this hanging over me when I go for that procedure. What the heck, Revere? My life was in absolute shambles. I was on the street, had warrants for my arrest and got to a…read morepoint where the stressors were pushing me into a corner of thinking my only way out was taking my life. Thankfully I have an amazing support system and when I told them how I was feeling we decided I needed to get some help. I didn't know about Aspen grove, I was just led to it through luck really. From the moment i walked in I was treated with care and as an individual person. I didn't have much of an expectation being someone who has never gotten this kind of help and jail had been my only experience of being held somewhere. I just left an hour ago and as I reflect on my time there I'm amazed with the type of ppl I met there. Both patients and staff. I made life long friends and I didn't meet one staff member that wasn't an angel sent from God himself. They make it known they want the best for you by the effort and patience they treat each patient with. Not to mention the time they put in to getting to know everyone individually. (What works for one person won't necessarily work for the next) I didn't realize how down and out I was until this very moment as I reflect and they literally gave me the hope I needed to look within myself to how I can be a better person and why I should. And for anyone looking for help that smokes cigarettes, they let you smoke there which for me was a huge plus. 10 out of 10 stars. More like 20 out of 10 stars for how far above and beyond they go to help. If you need help, please do yourself a favor and go there. I promise on God you will not regret it.
