Wasatch Crest is one of a kind treatment facility. I have worked here for almost two years. Most of our staff have had hands-on experience with addiction and recovery in one way or another. We get it and have changed our lives through recovery. We have experience in many different types of recovery programs. And are eager to share and give back what has so freely been given to us. Our program director Marc has years of experience working in recovery and has a real knowledge of what works for people. The owner actually is involved in the program and has a genuine compassion for the clients and his employees. This place has a heart like no other. We truly care and have a sincere desire to help you change your story and live a life of balance and joy. We have a very knowledgeable and compassionate rec therapist that takes our clients on amazing adventures with a meaning behind all she does. I would like to mention some of those outings. Hiking in some of the most beautiful places in Utah, sweat lodge ceremony, rock climbing, rafting, and snowshoeing. This list goes on. Our night shift lead Kelly is a rockstar, she puts her heart and soul into her work and has helped many of our clients see that recovery can be fun and meaningful and much more. Becky our alumni coordinator keeps in touch with clients after they leave. She brings fun into recovery and loves helping people on the recovery journey. She also puts her heart and soul into this place. Austin, Keyaira, Gena, Ky, sohelia, Tanner, Randy, Adriel and Gary are so good at what they do and are an essential component to this team. I am just finishing up my residential treatment stint here at Wasatch Crest Recovery. I am so very grateful for my experience here. I have been in multiple treatment centers for addiction and a few trips to the clink for my addiction and mental health issues. Although the other treatment centers had their good qualities, I feel so different leaving treatment this time. Wasatch Crest has helped me build a solid foundation. They made it fun with lots of activities. The food was excellent. The staff and therapist were kind, loving, and treated me like a human being. They really worked hard with me on things that were keeping me stuck. They taught me about 12 step programs and how to use them to find a spiritual solution that worked for me. I know my journey in recovery will be fun at times and challenging at times, but I have more hope for a life in recovery and the motivation to be the good woman that I am than I have ever had in my life. Wasatch Crest has truly been a blessing for me. My life was falling apart. I needed something more than just a run of the mill treatment center. My experience was spiritual and the connection I feel with myself and others has been key to beginning this journey. The entire staff (From the very top, to the very bottom) is amazing. Wasatch Crest was there for me when no one else was. I came to treatment in need of a lot of help and had a great therapist who was able to help me work through some stuff I was having a hard time with. I got to spend some time outdoors hiking and stuff and learned mindfulness skills to help cope with things. And the food is pretty good too. We did a sweat lodge which was awesome and a huge turning point for me. It wasn't always easy but this place was a lot nicer than the other treatment centers I've been to and now they even offer a shuttle once a week to come pick alumni up and bring us to the AA meeting. When it comes down to it it feels like a family and it's been fun to stay in touch with the alumni activities and Im' stoked for the campouts this summer! read more

Wasatch Crest has such a great healing environment! The clients are treated with respect, and receive individualized treatment. Such a beautiful area that the treatment center is located in, it's a really serine environment to wake up to. All of the Therapists, Staff and others are respectful and make the experience here easy going. I really appreciate all that Wasatch Crest does for the recovery community, the healing doesn't stop when you complete treatment, and they are always there to support you afterwards anytime you need anything.
