Also, I never took the dog door kit out of the box from the company I ordered it from. That was my bad, because I had a long discussion with the representative when purchasing it. It was about the height I needed to order. She insisted I needed a larger one from the the measurements of my largest dog, than what I was planning to order. It turned out to be much larger than I needed/wanted. It took Michael some creative cutting off of trim on the outside wall to make look okay, along with moving things within the wall that were in the way when cutting through.
