We were told the cider is made in house and you can get them to go in a growler if you like. They have food trucks on site but we had eaten previously at the sushi restaurant across the street. They have an open night for comedy/singing/poetry on Thursday that seemed like it would be fun. Overall a great place to grab a drink and hangout

To be transparent, there were definitely positives! The staff assisting with setup and during the event were kind and helpful, the beverages and fruit were well received, and the venue itself worked well for our event. It allowed us enough space to spread out and have various areas for different activities. However, the food quality and overall value did not align with what had been discussed beforehand. The croissant sandwiches included on those boards were minimally filled and very underwhelming for the cost, and the desserts served were not what we discussed and agreed upon during planning. Several desserts were also largely untouched by guests (or to be frank, one bite taken and then thrown in the trash). What ultimately disappointed me the most, though, was how my feedback was handled afterward. I reached out privately in hopes of having a constructive conversation and I was initially offered a partial refund. However that offer was later withdrawn after the owner reviewed event footage and determined that "because food had been consumed/taken home," our concerns were not valid. Of course we took food home, we paid for it! In my opinion, guests eating food at a hosted event does not automatically mean the quality met expectations. I fully understand that no event is perfect, and I tried to approach the situation reasonably and directly before posting publicly. Unfortunately, the overall experience and response left me feeling dismissed rather than heard as a paying customer.

I was worried when I drank that, but was very pleased with the wines. The White Pinot Noir was very nice, the rose, and the Barrel Select was amazing as well. We had a really good experience here. Love supporting small wineries like this one!

We arrived a few minutes before our reserved time and decided to walk the property and take a few pictures. The views and grounds are stunning! We were greeted by Greg, who was very friendly and knowledgeable about the history and wines. He allowed us to select where we wanted to be seated, we chose a shady spot on the patio. Greg shared that he had been with the family owned business for exactly 1 year the day that we were there! We told him he deserved a bottle of the reserve Pinot Noir as an anniversary gift, he was great and treated us so kind and never rushed us. We chose to try the Reserve Flight and a charcuterie board. The wine is delicious especially the last 2 Pinot Noirs on the reserved flight menu!! It was a perfect way to spend a Saturday and we will definitely be back! The only bummer is we did not get to meet the owner/family but Greg certainly made up for it.

Sure, it's all fun and games until ... the competitive carnival of spirited team-building is over…read more... and you have to go back to the office where it's no longer PartyWork, but just work. Thanks Portland PartyWorks! You brought the "party" for our on-campus work event with your array of inflatable fun and equipment. It was a great outdoor, mid-pandemic distraction during a workday ... and everything you promised it would be ... of course, after I signed the waiver and got my wristband. BTW, I suck at archery ... and axe throwing (this a thing?), and other dangerous "sports involving weaponry" ... so, it's no real surprise (to me or my mother) that I really suck at the inflatable "safe" plastic archery and axe throwing. Luckily, that infamous 2012 incident involving little Jimmy and Mrs. Wilkerson wasn't repeated as no one got hurt, put an eye out, or had to induce vomiting. The main thing to remember about Portland PartyWorks ... besides that they showed up on-time & on-budget ... is that the key to a safe party is to "stop, drop, and roll" with the fun. PartyWorks was all fun and games ... period. Just games ... and (very) safe fun.

Knowing that this was going to be one of the most important days in our lives, we did a lot of homework and interviewed several planners. In addition to experience and strong references, the single most important factor to us was chemistry. Warm and genuinely caring, we connected with Carisa from the start and knew we didn't want to entrust our wedding to anyone else. The other factors we considered: 1) clear, reliable communication skills - including the ability to listen and really understand our vision and intention for the event; 2) strong organizational skills and follow-through; 3) established relationships with the best vendors; 4) clear design inspiration and passion; and 5) a game-day MVP who calmly directs the show behind the scenes and makes everything run smoothly. Carisa delivered on every criteria, and, in fact, exceeded our high expectations. It has now been over a year since our special day, and we still get compliments from our guests who tell us it was the best wedding they've ever been to! The whole experience was truly joyous and magical, and Carisa and the entire Adornment Events team were essential in making our dream a reality. The financial investment in hiring Carisa and her A-team to seamlessly orchestrate our big day was worth every penny, and we could not have done it without them. We cannot recommend Carisa and Adornment Events highly enough!!!
