They get daily turnout in large areas with lots of enrichment opportunities--hills, streams, rocks, cattle, dogs, etc. There are a few miles of well-maintained trails and tree farm roads on the property for trail riding, plus a huge indoor arena and an outdoor arena for when the weather permits it. Stalls are big (10x15), as are the individual tack closets and extra storage area. Trailer parking is free and ample. Your fellow boarders are low-key and helpful. This is NOT a show barn, and there is no trainer onsite. Part of the property also functions as an outdoor wedding venue. I haven't been to an event there, but the landscaping is incredible.

This place was my little slice of heaven and place to de-stress every night after work, watching the sunset over the mountains and hanging out with my horses. She cares about cleanliness and proper care - ensuring everyone cleans out their waters, scoops their manure and sweeps the walkways. This helps with fly problems and just keeps the facility nice for everyone. She always has hay available if you don't want to haul it in and waters the arena so it's not dusty. There are trails by her house in the mountains that you can take too if you're feeling adventurous. If you have drama here, it's definitely your own fault. This is a super mellow place!
