The horses have turnout (which can be hard to find in Oregon!) and quality care here. The indoor and outdoor arenas have great footing. The new outdoor arena is simply gorgeous! They refused and gave her and her clients 30 days to leave and refused to allow her to train her clients during those 30 days. They also closed the pastures for our horses and kept our stalls very filthy. I was utterly suprised by thier behavior we had never had issues with them in the past nor had I ever heard of anything negative about them from my trainer. My trainer had said she had asked for the gate to be closed several times and they were very stubborn about it.
