DO NOT BOARD OR LIVE HERE. I had been living and boarding at this barn sense june of 2025 to january 2026. The first month was alright, no complaints until the 2nd month happened. The barn owner goes on frequent hay stealing frenzies and had gotten confrontational with a fellow boarder assuming they were stealing hay when in reality she was having the horse be fed 1 flake am and pm and I as the new feeder wouldn't allow it so I was feeding what the horse and owner needed. After I had taken over the feeding horses that were previously skinny began to gain weight. I have pictures listed below of some horses in tonis care compared to mine. The management is horrible, nothing is up to date, I and fellow boarders have found nails, glass, broken sharp fencing in the indoor arena to which unfortunately one of my horses had a nail get rocket launched up into her leg and shredded apart before we left under the false belief that the arena was maintained. No they drag it and never go through it. When hay would come in her roof would leak on the hay and get hay almost pitch black and her and her daughter would still have me feed the horses that hay. Of course id never throw it down and pick through the hay to find clean hay to throw down but horses on a side I had no control over and if I touched any of the piles wrong id get yelled at. There's a horse there named calypso that says on her door "2 flakes grass 1 flake alfalfa" which i have a picture of the barn owner setting her up with 1 and a half flake of grass as well as the other boarders horses getting 1 flake and hers getting a large pile. The horses are stuck in a box stall 24/7 unless craig turns them out like 1 or 2 times tops a week. He doesnt level the stalls and barely throws 3 handfuls of shavings in the stall. Ontop of his drug use, him banging needles to get air bubbles out of his needle and leaving needles both used and in bags around the property. A previous boarder has had to wrap his used needles and throw it in the trash and I personally have caught him shooting drugs in his arm while in a horses stall named Trixie and another named horchatta. I have an audio clip of one night when I saw him actively smack a horse in the nose for simply doing nothing but sleeping with his head out the window during a bad drug trip to which of course I confronted him for animal endangerment. To which I have multiple witnesses friends and aquantinces of him getting close to my face threatening and when I told him I was going to call the cops he actively admitted to cops all over out to get him and he has a warrant supposedly. When he was doing my stalls my horses went lame from the sheer mountains he left. The stalls arent level, and bathe mats are old, outdated, ripped up and otherwise uncomfortable for any horee to stay in. Ontop of that the owner or craig I dont know who owns goats on the property where I actively saw craig deliberately punch a goat out the way. When I brought everything up with the owner she would simply tell me "to ignore it and let it simmer down" im sorry what? She has no control over her property, she only wants money. Not for the care of the animal. She had gotten infront of my girlfriend and I about my PREGNANT MARE BEING TOO FAT. AND IM FEEDING HER TOO MUCH?! At the time I had been only feeding her 2 flakes of grass am and pm and continued to do so until I left. I told myself if she ever came to me again telling me I was feeding my horses too much and to go to 1 flake I was leaving. And I did. I previously defended this barn in hopes I could try to help and maybe get it a new life but it will always be miserable with horrible boarders and a bsrn owner that doesnt care about the horses welfare. Ive caught horses colicing, lame and even prevented the barn from burning down due to a led light above a horse named Trixie stall started to burn the roof. When we had already moved the horses off the property the barn owner then had her daughter park behind my girlfriends car in the drive way where she couldn't get out if she tried. Don't also bring your horse here unless you want to get bit and have your horses get bit in the nose from her dog she can't control. I have pictures before of muddy paw prints on my horses stalls and other boarders from her dog jumping up and biting even latched onto a horses nose one time. The dog chases horses upstairs and when id try to have my horse out to work one which has a horrible dog trauma issue my horse would flip out and the owner would just shrug it off or yell at her to shut up. Ontop of her other dogs who jump the fence and bite anybody there's proof of that if needed as well. When it came to drama control the barn owner did nothing to seperate, get rid of problems unless the barn was brought up. Then she would step in and not even step in but ask people to help post "good things" about the barn. She would constantly and actively hang out in the barn and talk shit about boarders. read more

Total bait and switch. Start full care, but leads to self care because owner doesn't do as contracted. "We're just too busy..." is one of many excuses, yet your paying for the service. Not enough turn outs for horses, 10 (includes round pen which is never available to use for training) to 40+ horses? Actually owner insists horses love staying in their stalls, so turn out is discouraged. Owner doesn't like them to run (if they're able to get out) because upsets others. Three untrained and undisciplined Rottweilers on premises that get out of her yard often and chase horses. Lack of security and respect for everyone's tack: some stolen, others destroyed, owner has no concern. Owner has very little knowledge of horses, will not take out or bring in any (even her own) because scared of them. Her own horse stays in its stall most the year. Horses that are fortunate to get outside only stay for short time as its inconvient for her. Water issues (lack of) during winter months, stalls and aisles flood badly during heavy rains, no policing for safety or rules set such as smoking in or around stable, which is allowed. Things (pipes, boards in turnouts, lights etc.) always breaking and long wait for repairs. Stable is very dusty (respIratory problems often). Lovoi Stables is all about the owner making money at this stable, and not about care or welfare of animals. (Horror stories just pile up from this place including horses dying from neglect, trainer abusing horses, and much much more! Too horrible to list here-seriously!) The history of boarding here is a fast turn over, which speaks for itself. Great trainers have come and gone quickly, baited and switched like us all. If you visit, walk through the entire facility, which has two large pastures, a red barn with stalls, visit during different times to make your decisions. You'll see horses never out in the pastures, horses inside early in the day-if out at all, and unhappy horses chewing and kicking to get out of there full time stalls, seeking stimulation and attention. Of course, the concrete stalls hide the sounds of kicking... Run, and don't look back, from considering paying to board at this pitiful, depressing and dangerous place!!! I only chose one star because there wasn't a zero or less! The below may possibly be worth the single star? Free access to shavings. Clean porta potty available with toilet paper. Plenty of parking for your truck and trailer. Really close to road. Manure pile at neighbors (up a hill to dispose of). Smoking facility inside and out. Stable stores 100's of bales of hay. Shared tack rooms. Drama filled. Could have fun (?) guessing who took your tack, where it's at, who used it, or what object was used to tear it up, break it, or cut it in shreds. The main caretaker the owner has hired is an active IV drug user and often has aggressive drug-induced outbursts, sometimes directed at the horses. Needles, both used and unused have been found in multiple places throughout the property including in/around horse areas. The owner's dog is aggressive and lunges up the stall walls to bite at the horses and the owner does nothing about it and continues to bring the dog to shared horse areas anyways. If you're not someone who can make it out to the barn often enough to keep an eye on things, your horse will likely be severely skimped on hay. I was unable to make it to the barn for almost a year and when I returned, my horse's ribs were showing prominently. The boarders here are absolutely rabid and feral and the drama is out of control. One boarder was regularly dumping another boarders water buckets and flooding their stalls and then taking pictures and slamming them on social media in an attempt to get people to call animal control or even go as far as to STEAL the boarders horses. The barn owner did absolutely nothing to correct this. There is a man that boards there who is a predator and s*xually harasses ANY AND ALL women who board there. Once you reject his advances, he will become extremely hostile towards you and he will not leave you alone. He will repeatedly slam doors and gates in a part of the barn he has absolutely no business being in, just because he knows you're over there, as well as writing aggressive profanity-filled messages on the community whiteboard. Again, in an area of the barn he has ABSOLUTELY NO BUSINESS BEING IN. He walks around with his horse all day yelling at her and abusing her and verbally harassing other boarders who have made it abundantly clear they want nothing to do with him. Things are regularly stolen at this barn and other boarders will help themselves to your grain, tack, fly spray, and other supplies, often being entirely shameless in doing so and leaving your fly spray/other supplies completely empty. Other boarders will steal/use your things right in front of your face and act like it's theirs. There are no good pitchforks, shovels or wheelbarrows, as the aforementioned caretaker breaks anything he gets his hands on, and if yours aren't safely locked away, he'll break those too. This place has the potential to be an amazing facility, the owner just won't do anything about the people she chooses to allow there. Excited my horses finally get fed a good diet! Eastern hay/alfalfa and grain if I want it! Easy trailer access. Large working indoor and outdoor arena. Staff and trainers are wonderful to work with. All are very knowledgeable and care for the horses exceptionally well. If I ever have a question it is answered in a quick and timely manner. I work odd hours so am glad I can come at all hours of the day/evening to see and ride my horses. I looked at several other facilities in the area ranging in various price ranges and amenities, this stable offered more bang for my buck than any other facility in the area! Keep up the good work ladies!!! Makes me feel very good going home at night knowing my horses are cared for so well :) read more

This barn is filled with nothing but drama, abuse and neglect of their animals, and drug activity. There is so so so much proof of all of this happening all over Facebook if anyone is interested in seeing. I suggest visiting the Facebook group Boarding Beware of Oregon and Washington before choosing to board your horse here or take "lessons" from their highly unqualified "trainer" whose horses are severely malnourished and sit in a foot of their own feces for days on end. It's so extremely sad and seeing the condition of these horses are in. This facility has so much potential if only it was in the right hands. read more
