They kept me abreast of the communication with my insurance and the progress on my car. Unfortunately my insurance was not easy to deal with but Springer held their ground and advised them that specific parts weren't damaged in removal but broke from age. After presenting the facts, my insurance consented and have since changed their policy. After fixing the car, the touch screen would not work but Springer went above and beyond trying to figure out the problem. The dealer stated that this issue was common and was not the fault of the body shop. When i picked up the car, the work done was incredible. You could never tell that a curb had jumped out of nowhere and hit my fender. They even removed some yellow paint i had driven thru previously. Thank you for working so hard on my behalf to get my car repaired.

Too much personal information, on my first visit I met a front office person with a hearing disability. They told me in confidence they hoped to stay with VIP. They have since moved on in life and VIP supports them, going to their wedding. Family. VIP repaired my front damage, bumper cover and fender. Week. Body shop is expensive. VIP is an honest shop. Also denying to fix the clear coat peeling because of warranty went past over a year by literarily 2 months. A Year to have clear coat peel is crazy & shouldn't have happened, btw "Wax" did that. He's also denying repairs because my brother wrote a bad review and he doesn't want to deal with any of us but could've been avoided if job was done 100% right! On my brothers review they replied by saying "unfortunately I can't seem to find your information on my system" how are you going to lie about the car being in the system!? After taking a look at it, he said if I pick up the clips from the dealer he would fix it for free! He worked on it for 30 minutes and had to put in a couple of screws to hold it in place, it fits like new. I would absolutely recommend Mike for any needed body work in Newberg Oregon. He is the most qualified body guy I have ever met, he used to be a Boeing engineer and now runs his own shop. I have some small dents on my fender from a deer encounter and he advised a dent specialist that can work them out rather than a $1500 insurance job! If I could give him 6 stars I would!
