DO NOT GO HERE!!! I had 2 bad experiences here. The first time was a small issue of clothes not being able to be located and the manager was running late. So the lady who spoke no English tried to help me. Now here is why you should not go here. I gave them another chance as they did a good job on the clothes. I dropped my clothes off and when I came to pick up the lady tells me that I gave them a ripped shirt. She shows my brand new shirt with a giant hole in it. She said I dropped it off that way. After telling her that was not the case she takes my card and charges me for the rest of my clothes (which is fine) but then tries to charge me for the damaged shirt as well!! When I told her that was not ok she got verbally abusive and said that if I don't pay she will call the police. I invited her to do so. I told her I would have Visa dispute it and that by refusing to give me my credit card back that she is breaking the law. The police came and she told them that I assaulted her and so on. THIS LADY IS VERY SHADY!!! The police basically told her she cannot charge me for the damaged shirt. I am a professional business person and have NEVER had an experience like this. It is too bad because they do know how to clean clothes. The problem is they will rip you off every chance they get and even call the police on their customers when they are actually over charging the customer. Again DO NOT GO HERE BBB has been notified and will be conducting an investigation. BEWARE they do not have any damage notices posted so if an item is damaged THEY CANNOT charge you for it. read more

Mrs. Brian I. has used Oregon Cleaners exclusively for many, many years. The place isn't the fanciest or most modern dry cleaning outfit out there, but they are fast, friendly and produce a consistently quality product each and every time. I will admit that I occasionally have the opportunity to pick up her dry cleaning, and I appreciate it when they instantly recognize her name. Additionally, I've dropped clothes off for her on the rare occasion, and they've been able to accommodate her sometimes unusual (quick turnaround, nail polish stain) requests with zero hassle whatsoever. I just realized that neither dropping off nor picking up my wife's dry cleaning is a very manly activity. Therefore, at this time, I'm going to retire to eat some pork rinds, drink some malt liquor and watch the NFL playoffs*. * Only one of those activities is true. read more

I'm from out of town, but 5 stars from me for being the only place out of close to 10 that I called that was willing to press my shirt in one hour so that I could make it to a funeral not looking like my shirt was crumpled in a suitcase. Saved my day - so thank you! read more

I've used these cleaners once and won't be going back. The shirts were clean and price was decent ($5 for 2 shirts). My issue is that they wrote my name in pen on the shirt. Why would a business that cleans clothing write on said clothing with ink?! The lady insisted that I should have known she would write on them and that she writes on all the "cheap shirts". She insisted that all cleaners write on clothing. I've been to a handful of cleaners in the surrounding area and none of them do this. She had an attitude when asked to clean off the ink (which wasn't fully cleaned) and treated me like I was dumb. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. read more

I have had a TERRIBLE experience here with both the lady (miJung) and the owner (Harry yu) first of all I dropped my clothes off and the lady told me one price, then when I picked up both my business suits, the owner called me a liar and charges me quite a bit more. Then he said she has worked there for years and she would of never told me the lower price (still a bit pricey) but then he called me a liar again, I pad the final price, I needed my suits, he told me he would call my boss and get me fired, because I questioned his honor. IF you go here BEWARE, they are very shady. I am going to follow up with the better business bureau, and the local chamber of commerce about the shady businesses practices they carry out. read more

Went here to drop off my clothes and pulled up to see the owner outfront recording people who i guess were parked going to 711. I get that they parked there but they might not of seen the sign up. She was so rude recording videos on her phone of all the people and the car plates that i turned around and refused to take my clothes to this place and i will never go back read more

They were closed today b3cause of new years eve, I happened to show up while they had made a short trip to the store and they opened up so I could drop off my things. For dry cleaning they're great, but for washing my quilt, there was a problem: they use those stinky dryer sheets in the dryer afterwards. When I picked up my quilt, I could smell that awful perfume odor through the plastic bag. As soon as I got it home and opened it up, I realized what had happened. So many people use those disgusting dryer sheets (like Bounce) that no one thinks about it anymore; they just assume everyone likes that smell. Well, I hate it! So I've stuffed my quilt into my home washer in the hope that I can get the smell out. Like I said, their fine for dry cleaning, just don't take anything in there to be washed. read more

This establishment has been my only dry cleaning choice for over 10 years now. As with any business relationship there have been a few very minor things along the way, however the staff is friendly, service is always prompt, clothes are clean and have stayed in good shape, the price is fair.
