Food is amazing, especially the thin crust pizza and pizookie! Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the wait is super long unless you go before or after dinner rush. Try the Carryout if the wait is too long :) read more

Worth the wait! Its probably not a good place for a first date, because you can expect to wait about 45 minutes to an hour to get a table, and another 30 to 45 minutes for your food (if you get their Chicago style crust) however, it is totally worth it if you enjoy the company of those you go with. Their pizza is wonderful, and a trip to Oregano's is simply incomplete without a pizzoki. If you enjoy drinks, their peach belini is great as well. I've never had something from Oregano's that I wouldn't advise someone else to order. read more

This is one of my favorite local restaurants here in Arizona! I have ordered something different every time I've gone and loved everything I have tried. The REAL reason my boyfriend and I go there is for the infamous pazookie. The only downfall is expect a long line almost any time you go. Its a popular place. read more

The pizza was recomendet by friend pizza was great il give it a 4 star cause my favorite pizza place was in Vegas service was great.

Great Pizza! Always a wait but they seem to move people pretty fast. Tried a salad for the first time that was recommended by the waitress. It was AWESOME. Just wish I could remember the name. read more

Pizza was amazing! The cheesy bread was also very good. Had a side of wings and they were also really good. We will be coming back for sure. read more

Oregano's is my absolute favorite restaurant in the valley. I used to live here and would often have lunch or dinner here. Now that I've moved away, I always make sure to eat here at least once while here visiting. The Pablo Picasso salad is my favorite, the smaller one is so huge I can never finish it by myself! Their pizza is the best in town and if you have room, make sure to order a pizza cookie! read more

I've only ordered to go from this location, but each time the food is ready within 10-15 min from placing the order and it's always fresh and hot! The Alfredo In the Dark is delicious! A hint of jalapeño and cotija cheese make this pasta pop! read more

We were having some work done on our car at Sun Devil Auto and decided to walk over to Oregano's to have lunch while we waited. We had never been here before, but it smelled amazing outside, and we couldn't help but laugh at the signs outside (Legalize Marinara, LOL). We entered and were immediately greeted by a cheery man whom we later found out was the manager. But I am getting ahead of myself. He seated us right away and we were soon greeted by a wonderful server (who's name slips my mind - really should've written this the same day we came). She told us all about the restaurant, various menu items, and helped us narrow down our choices. They have a LOT of very interesting dishes listed and we had trouble choosing so we decided to split a huge slice of pizza as an appetizer (yum!), then my hubby went for El Diablo Shrimp Pasta (spicy shrimp dish over pasta) for there, and Italian Flag Lasagna to take home for dinner! I selected Stuffed Riga Tony (yes I spelled that correctly, they have all kinds of puns on the menu) for my eat-in lunch, and Alfredo's Artichoke Lasagna to take home for dinner. It was all quite scrumptious! I will admit, the Artichoke Lasagna confused my taste-buds...they insisted I was eating a dip and should've had chips with it, but it was still good. We liked it so much, we went back the very next week to try some more. Hubby had the Shrimp Pasta again because he craved it all week, and I tried a huge Kale salad (Oregano's Power Greens). I was a little hesitant at first because I had never had raw Kale and heard it was gross, but I went out on a limb and am SOOO glad I did! It was one of the best salads I have ever had. This should give you a good idea on what to start with anyway. I am super picky and don't usually try new things. I am happy to report that Oregano's did not disappoint and I cannot wait until we are near there again so we can try even more dishes. Staff is amazing, food is delicious, and we will be back! read more

The food is great they even brought a sample of the truffle mushroom sauce so I could try it to make sure I would like my food!

What matters most to me is customer service . This location demonstrates with integrity and make you feel comfortable . Manger goes out his way to greet. Food was very delicious. Greeters were nice . Definitely recommend. My favorite location by far ! read more

We had Joe at the arrowhead location and he was fantastic!! Food was prompt, he kept us know of the small wait at the bar, and changed out the side item we didnt like!! I will be coming back very soon. Thanks Joe!! read more

Food is great and so is the staff. The con is that it seems they are more concerned about their electricity bill. We have constantly told them it's really hot. Their response is that the AC can't keep up. This is a lie because I've been here previous summers and never had this problem. read more

The pick up service is ridiculous. Called ahead for a salad and appetizer and was given an hour wait before pick up. No where is it mentioned there is time slots available to do a pick up order. read more

"It will be a 25-35 minute wait". AN HOUR AND A 20 MINUTES LATER. . we got called but were already at the bar. Good food but they need to buy bigger restaurants.. read more

This place was good. The pizza was good but I was most happy with the service. They were really great and we stayed past closingand they were nice about it. I loved the pizookie you just can't go wrong with hot cookies and ice cream. read more

Yummy pizza. Great service and their pizza cookie with ice cream is awesome. The pan pizza takes 45 minutes or so to cook so if that's your thing be sure to call and order ahead! :) read more

The food is excellent. If you like a mega salad, this place will deliver. Big portions on most of the food. On the down side, they play their music fairly loud, which makes everyone else talk loader. So if you don't mind the noise, the food and staff are good! read more

We've been here several times. The food is pretty good. But the wait time, um, no way. Theres always a wait to get in, i understand that, you create an appearance of gosh we gotta eat here. But, after eating here its just not worth the long waiting. I want to eat a great meal, not sit around watching others eat and drink. read more

All kinds of options up and down Bell Rd but we chose Oregano's because the service is always so good. Today was no exception. Alyssa took very good care of us, helped us to make some great choices and the Big Beefstro Salad paired with the Flag Lasagna was just right! Thank you for yet another fine dining experience! read more

I was so excited when they opened up a mile from my house but the service at this location is terrible. Twice in the past three weeks we placed a takeout order. They said it would be ready in an hour. When we showed up - both times!! - we were told that they were out of one of the dishes we ordered. They didn't bother to call us (even though they took our number when we placed the order) and just said "Sorry. We're out of that. Do you want something else?" Yeah. I would like a phone call, like an hour ago telling me what was up. Can I have that? Love the food but it's not worth the crappy service and bad "oh well"!attitude. read more

My family and I had dinner here last night. Great food and fun place to take friends and family. Service was timely and drinks are good! Definitely a fun place to go for dinner! read more

By far my favorite pizza in town! The deep dish is to die for and so is their service! I have eaten here countless times and have never been let down! read more

Love this place !!! Me and my husband are always here with our son . The wait is long but the food is so worth it . The waiters are always so friendly and attentive . Highly recommend it here . Love there pastas and appetizers read more

My family has made a goal to try something new here every time we come. So far, that's been really easy. They have so many #pizza options. Great lunch specials. And DELICIOUS pizza #cookies. Good place just to come for #dessert. Try the #fried zucchini, you won't regret it. read more

So when we got to the restaurant I said it was for a party of 5. They told me it will be 15 minutes. When the lady said our table was ready she told us it will be another 15 minutes because she thought it was only 3. How she heard 3? I don't know, maybe she wasn't paying attention. We ended up waiting half a hour! When we got seated, it took longer for our server to ask for our drinks and food. Even the table next to us had the same amount of people and their food came faster! For this being my first time at this location, I was very disappointed for how slow the service was. read more

Oh, how I love Thee... Let me count the ways... I start with a nice house red or frozen bellini (my preference, if I'm not counting calories that day), their House made Italian dressing on their salads (to die for), Medium Gold wings (a secret mix that everybody knows about, ask them when you order), their cheesy bread, Lady is a Scampi. Yum Yum Yum. I love this restaurant and they're always busy, so expect some slow service here and there (which great restaurants usually have a massive crowd) as the food is WELL worth the wait. :) read more

All I can say is YUM! When people come to visit this is where I take them. Everyone is always impressed! Plus, when we get the dessert their eyes go out of their head! Excellent place! read more

So frustrating that EVERY time we check into the waitlist on YELP we get to there and the wait time increases by 30-45 minutes. Not sure what the point of this feature is other than to waste my time. "I don't know why the wait times are different" is not an acceptable response from staff. read more

Love their giant salads and pizzas. Portions are family sized great Italian food. Staff is always welcoming and friendly l.

Love this location now that we have had one over on the west side of town for several years we get over there a few times a year and we absolutely love it ! I get the Huge huge salad and then the leftover for home or I share it with my aunt when she comes into town , it's so big it could feed 3 people and it is only 13.00 they are always right on top of the refills of tea or whatever it is that we're having to drink we don't have to remind them for more . My husband and son always order something different each time I know the pizza is great and they always give my done some pizza dough to play with while we're waiting for our order to come out . If you're going around the holidays I would expect a longer wait than the normal Although we usually pick an off peak time to go so our wait isn't that long the only down fall is you do have to wait out doors you get a buzzer to notify you when your table is ready . So be prepared if you're going in the summer mid day other wise It really isn't bad at all they work quickly to get you in and if it's that big of a rush you could sit at the bar and eat read more

I am very irritated after my visit today. I have been to Oregano's many times at other locations, but have never experienced such poor service as this. I called ahead at 7:30 to add my name on the list for my boyfriend and I, and was told it would be an hour. I said ok, not having an issue with waiting. Immediately after hanging up I received a text message letting me know I was added to the wait. I then drove to the restaurant where my boyfriend and I sat outside the store for an hour, until receiving a message saying my table was ready. We walked inside to find that the hostess and another server were helping a man who claimed he was on the wait but never received any confirmation text at all. They originally told him he would be added back to the wait, until a random server comes up and says "just tell the next party they will have to wait and take him to their table". We're standing right there when we hear this and they ended up seating this man before us even though he had been waiting 30 minutes compared to our 1 hour. I did not appreciate it. Then I ask how much longer until the next table, and I'm told 10-15 minutes, which irritated me even more. That is completely unacceptable!! Then we're finally seated, and are given the server who said to the hostess to seat the other people before us, and she was completely ignoring us almost, not checking in on us at all, bringing food to the table then just walking away, and I only saw her maybe 4 times the whole time we were seated. When she brought the appetizer over all she said was "boom dip", dropped it on the table and walked away. How disrespectful is that? Now i'm a server as well, and even I know that is not right. You don't seat people first when the next party to be seated is standing right in front of you and has been waiting patiently. And you absolutely don't serve your customers the way our server did. And finally, as my boyfriend and I walk out, not one of the three people up front said anything to us. No, have a nice night, or anything. I am very disappointed with my service here. read more

My family LOVES Oreganos! Their food is so different than other Italian food and it is amazing! The drinks are good too. They give the kids dough to play with while we wait for our food and the atmosphere is kid friendly which is important for us. We love the Guacatoni appetizer and the big rig. This place is our favorite for birthdays and other celebrations. read more

service was terrible, waiting over an hour for a table. they gave our spot away to another family because they "skipped" our name on accident. about 8 families that got here way after us, got a table & served before us. read more

I had been a loyal client to Oreganos for many years; today our relationship ended. I had noticed a steady decline over the past couple years based on some menu changes all geared toward bottom line profit. I get it, and have no problem with it, IF, the service and product remains consistent. For instance, you used to get all drummies when you ordered wings, now you get a mix and only 10. They've started using chips and now up-charge for waffle fries. The quality in the food product continues to decline while demanding more from the consumer. I made a to go order and after driving 20 minutes to get it and get back home I find that it's wrong (wrong type of wings) and one of the items was horribly made. I called and commented on the experience and although they reversed the charges (what they should do) I have decided that there are too many options with more consistency and care for the client. Putting profits before people is a poor model and Oreganos used to be an establishment where great food paired with great value was served by incredible people; that is no longer the case in my opinion. I bid you farewell and truly hope you get it back on track, I absolutely loved this place. read more

Their guacatonee, Italian wedding soup, garden salad, their thin crust pizzas, large beer pitchers are my favorite :) Great value for your buck! read more

Our family was just introduced to this heavenly place. We love Italian food and everything we ordered was superb. We ordered the garlic bread, bistro salad, boom dip, meatball sandwich, Alfredo the Dark, and the Stuffed pizza all fantastic. They even made sure we knew it would take a while for the stuffed pizza to come out, which we were fine with. The staff was friendly and keep us completely taken care of the whole time. We loved it and left a 30% tip to show our appreciation! Keep up the good work we will be back. read more

Tried DoorDash tonight for the first time. I ordered a vino bambino and 2 meatballs. I was quoted 58 mins, and received some of my food 2.5 hours later. The delivery guy was waiting for over an hour. I felt bad for him, and tipped him extra since I'm sure he lost money (as did I). They Did not pack the chicken for the salad!!! The best part of the entire 26$ meal left behind. I am shocked because I worked at Oregano's while I was in College and recall they have extremely high service standards. Or at least my location did. read more

We love the location of this Oregano's, but the staff is awful. The other locations are much nicer. Even the pizza seems to be worse here.

Oregano's is an excellent restaurant that offers a unique atmosphere, great service, and a delicious menu. The exterior and interior of this establishment was very clean, organized, and beautifully decorated. The service given by the waiters was great, respectful, and friendly. The food was over the top and the pizza was ridiculously amazing. Highly recommend giving this place a visit and taste. read more
