My husband planned a surprise dinner for my birthday with my best friends and our 3 kids. The party was a total of 9 people. When he called to confirm the day of, he was told that the previous 2 larges parties when over and that our reservation was cancelled because a party of 15 that was behind ours would keep their time. They didn't offer to accommodate but simply told him it would a 2.5 hour wait if we decide to dine with them. They basically informed my husband that a bigger party is more important than a smaller party. I do not have plans to return to that location. read more

We went tonight with some friends & we had Pompey as our server!! He was attentive, funny and did a great job making us feel welcome! 10/10 recommend having him as tour server! read more

Always lovely food and service, highly recommend the atmosphere for any sit down occasion!

Food is tasty. Service is very good and ambience is trendy. Consistency is the key as many restaurants (fast food included) are struggling with staff. Oregano's has weathered the current trend of subpar conditions and leads the market in quality food, service and cleanliness. read more

We always enjoy their food and service. The pizzas are especially flavorful. We also enjoy the salads, above all the Ceasar.

The servers are just fabulous. The pizza is very tasty and cooked to perfection over all a great place to eat. read more

We have been enjoying Oregano's for years. The salads are huge, delicious pasta dishes and great pizza.

Amazing food. Puts Olive Garden to shame. Best salads, pasta and pizza. The servings are huge, so it's great for many people or for a couple to take leftovers home. It's old school setting with really cool decorations. The food and drinks are very well priced. I can't say enough good things about Oregano's. read more

On 12-7-2019, we ordered over 100.00 of food from the Bell Rd Store in Glendale AZ. It was supposed to be delivered through their delivery service We called after one hour and were told they had no one to deliver the food. We ended up going to Oreganos and picking up the food, When it arrived at my home, the food was cold. Ever try cold cheese on a Pizza? I will have to reconsider my decision to use that delivery service or that restaurant again. Oreganos never called us to let us know that food was sitting there! We buy from them once or twice a week. They are not the only restaurant out there! read more

Had a great dinner here a few days ago. Expected wait was 40 minutes but ran much less. We ordered boneless wings, Alfredo after dark with chicken and a child's pizza. The boneless wings were actually fried chicken tenders. We received two sauces on the side for dipping. Service was excellent! read more

Pizza is good here whether you decide to go thin crust or stuffed pizza. Pasta and salad are also good. We've gotten Alfredo the Dark pasta and Pablo Picasso Mexican Salad. If you go stuffed pizza expect that a single pizza will feed more than you'd expect. read more

We have done take-out from Oregano's for quite some time and tonight the Afraid of the Dark pasta was tasteless! My husband called and spoke to Manager Michelle and she DID NOTHING! She did not seem to care that our main dish was tasteless! As I stated we have been loyal customers of this location of Oregano's since they opened this location and we have NEVER has a non-caring Manager talk to us that way. We are disappointed and will not order or visit Oregano's again. Shame on you for poor customer service Oregano's and Manager Michelle. Mama would be embarrassed!! read more

They have since changed their seating so no one is watching you eat while they wait. Ordered a couple of times thru door dash also. Their signature salad is always good. The beef sandwich tends to be very spicy and hot If ordered thru door dash. My husband could not eat it due to his stomach issues. Had to take more meds. read more

This was a fantastic Italian eating experience... the food was delicious and family styled portions.. Our server, I believe was Candice suggested the chicken parm and it was a hit... read more

I've been here multiple times. The pizza is awesome but I come for the pasta. Italian Flag Lasagna is awesome, as is the spaghetti and meatballs. read more

My boyfriend and I usually go early to avoid the huge wait during dinner time. We love the pastas and the wings. We can never get enough of their deep dish pizza! The waiters are always nice to us and they are always ready to help us answer any questions we have! read more

Went with the family during dinner time... (yes, I know full well they had a 35-45 min wait). Here is where I get pissed... as I have children one needed to go the the restroom during this wait... we go in and I see multiple tables throughout the restaurant that are empty (they don't do reservations I thought). I go back out side and proceed to wait another 50 minutes for a table... yep over an hour wait with people standing outside and open (cleaned/bussed tables) inside. The only thing I can think for this is they are trying to drive the hype of the restaurant by showing how many people a willing to wait outside. The food was ok. Not great but ok (don't believe the hype about "home cooked". It's not ) typical frozen chain meals. Service was also ok. Our server tried to make small talk conversation. TL;DR It is ok if there is no line, but certainly NOT worth any exceptional wait read more

I used to come to Oreganos all the time for their wedding soup. I havent been to Oreganos in over a year but did they change the formula? The bread bowl is new but the taste of the soup was not so good. It was like a 9 before but I would rate it like a 4 now. The soup broth was much thicker than it used to be. Almost more slimely like a mucus rather than the watery broth it used to be. I also do not remember the big chunks of carrots and celery in it. Finally, the soup I swore had small meatballs in it, in addition to the large one, but this one lacked those. The soup was the reason i would always come here. I dont know if this is a fluke or if Oreganos changed the formula somewhere down the line. I would really like to know because if they did it was a poor decision. There was a line to get our table but I dont mind waiting. The server was also very nice and kept our drinks filled. I may try it once more to see if this soup is the same at another location or ask someone if they know if it changed. Our server wasnt sure if the soup was different. Such a shame I been going to oreganos over 10 years. read more

Soooo disappointing! It's Mother's Day and I wanted to enjoy an evening off from cooking. We anticipated longer wait times with no dine-in service available and with it being a holiday so when they quoted me 2 hrs I was not surprised. My husband showed up at the 2 hr mark and ended up waiting another 45 min before the food was ready!!! To make matters worse, they didn't offer to call his cell when the food was ready so he had to sit out front while our kids sat in the car (trying to be socially responsible). It's now past our kids bedtime and we haven't eaten yet. The manager offered an apology, but didn't attempt to make up for it in any way. I hate to post this because I LOVE Oreganos food and we usually have a good experience, but I don't want others to have false expectations during this time of change. And, I am hoping they can make improvements to properly time quote their customers. read more

Came in yesterday for a drink and small bite. David was our server. He was amazing. One of the best servers I've ever had! Give that guy a raise! read more

This is the type of place you can literally order anything on their menu and love it! I wish they brought back the chicken lasagna though.

Waited around 2 hours for two small pasta dishes, ate two bites of the food and gave up due to bad quality. Decided to try desert but even that was extremely undercooked, very slow service and not a great experience overall read more

Love the food here! Great customer service all around. Had the best server her name was Lindsay! She was so helpful and sweet! Can't wait to go back and continue to eating here! read more

Great pizza and pasta. Took some friends here for a nice dinner this last visit and Oregano's didn't disappoint. We only had to wait for about 10 min to get a table. We waited at the bar and had a round of drinks. We got some garlic bread and a salad which was enough for the 4 of us to share. I had draft beer which was fresh and cold. The others had wine which they really liked. I had the coop de ville jumbo chick parm and it was huge and amazing. I also had them add a side of sausage, which was one of the best sausages I've had. My wife had the el diablo shrimp pasta which was my favorite that I tasted at the table. Amazing flavors and a little kick to it. Our friends got the Italian flag lasagna and the big rig pasta with chicken added. My friend doesn't like spinach but decided to try the lasagna anyway, and he loved it. Huge portions here. We all had to go boxes. We still had to try the dessert they are famous for (forgot to get a picture). The pizza cookie was so good and I don't like sweets much. It was plenty for 4 of us to share. We got half white chocolate macadamia nut and the other half salted caramel chocolate chuck. Amazing! In the past we have only done pizza which we love. We love the thin crust. Glad we decided to try the pasta this time. It only makes next time that much harder to decide what to get. lol The Italian gold wings were pretty good too. They made them nice and crispy which is the way I like them. The service was fast and very attentive to our needs. The restaurant is very clean, and so were the restrooms. read more

Never had an issues here!! Customer service and wait staff are always amazing. Yesterday we were driving around and didn't know what to do for lunch. It's been a long time since we've been so we figured why not! My chicken parm was pretty good! My fiancé got the Alfredo the dark pasta with chicken. It's been a long time since she's ordered that and was expecting slices of grilled chicken. However, the dish had shredded chicken instead. We asked the waiter if they changed it recently and he wasn't sure. We were by no means complaining, just asking. We understand that every has different tastes, that's just how they make it now sort of thing. The waiter went ahead and took the $16 dish off our plate anyway. Will be back for pizza again next time!!! read more

I never needed anything because the wait staff was on top of everything. What a pleasure. The food came fast and was decent (salad and garlic bread). The place was busy for lunch so it was noisy but clean and it has a nice staff that works there. Two can share a salad with drinks and bread for around $20. read more

Oregano's is a fun local place that I love to take visitors from out of town. The food is delicious and the portion sizes are monstrous. The hang-up is getting into the restaurant. Their policy is that you can't call ahead and they don't take reservations. It's a small restaurant so the wait time to get in during the busy dinner hour on Fri/Sat is usually an hour. They try to help the wait time by bringing around samples of their thin crust pizzas from time to time. The wait time is a big factor of why we don't go there very often Their portion sizes are huge and easily shareable. You only get an entree with your pizza or salad order with salad or bread à la carte. Most of the pasta dishes will include some bread slices. The decor is fun but the restaurant is small and usually busy so it is typically noisy. Probably not the best atmosphere for a one on-one dinner. Overall it is a fun place to take a group of people and order a bunch of dishes when you have time for a long dinner. Everything I've had there was excellent! I usually get the Big Rig pasta which has just enough kick for me. We will be back. read more

So today was my first time eating here . I was really excited because everyone at work always explains how good the food is. I placed a online order to be ready at 3pm . I arrive at 3:03pm with a coworker who had a placed a phone order about 10 minutes after I submitted my online order . They give her her food , don't acknowledge that I had an order also . So I mention again, what about the other order ? The guy helping the front desk says he can't ring it out and someone will be there to help soon . Get this , I paid online with my card and now I'm waiting for the food I can see is done . 320 comes and a manager finally comes to ring out the food . Let's just say I'm very disappointed. My food was cold . And I probably will never go here again. read more

One of my FAVORITE restaurants! You have to get the pizza cookie! It's the best I've ever had!

Took my friends here yesterday for lunch. I am a huge Oreganos fan but never been tobthis location. Food- it was great. Had the Ziti with meatballs. So good! Co-workers had doable pasta and egg plant pasta. Both ate every last piece. Huge portions as usual. Food 5 stars. Service- amazing as always. Waitress was awesome and always checked in. Even joked with us a little. Only wish the food came a little faster. Tough to eat here for lunch since the food is fresh, takes a little longer to make. Overall- not crazy busy for lunch, got straight in. Everything was great and what I expected from Oreganos. Prices are a tad steep, paid $20 for drink and pasta but that included tip. We will continue to return. read more

We went to dinner around 5 with our 2 year old in hopes of a nice dinner but with 2 year olds it's hard to tell what you are going to get! She constantly wanted to run around the restaurant but our server Amanda was absolutely amazing. She brought her food right away, made sure to do anything we asked, brought her a handful of pizza dough to play with, and was just so accommodating. You don't find service like that anywhere so thank you! We'll definitely be back! read more

Definitely one of our family's favorite restaurants!! We came in tonight for for dinner and like always the food was amazing! Love their huge salads, we've tried all of them! Our waitress was super fast and a sweetheart. The pazzookie is to die for!! We did have one concern tonight tho. There was another waitress waiting on near by tables that was acting so strange. She was I guess you could call it fast walking/running with drinks and food from tables to kitchen. I just could not figure out why she was acting so erratic. Even her facial expressions were strange. Sure enough before we new it she had slipped and was on her back with drinks spilled everywhere. She jumped up like superwoman and continued her erratic behavior running around like crazy. read more

Our favorite pizza joint in Arizona! Love everything on the menu, but highly recommend the Pablo Picasso Salad. Also, save room for the pizza cookie for desert; our favorite - white chocolate macadamia. The kids love coming here as well - they keep themselves entertained before the meal with pizza dough sculpting competitions. read more

So slowwwwww. Over an hr wait now, expected. Food service slower. Food comes. Hardly warm and Build Back Better size, dinner is lunch size now. Lame. Complain? Can't because the poor young waitress can't be found. Anyway, finish eating. Now wait, and wait and wait for the bill. Geez. 2:45 min total time. Done with oregano's. Not with it. read more
