What a great casual place to get some amazing food!! The vibe is very chill, and makes that very inviting! Our family walked right in to check it out and there welas plenty of choices to fill anyone's desires and cravings! Kids got the pepperoni pizza with fries and and grilled cheese and fries, both a favorite for the both of them! Us adults got their shrimp tacos, fish tacos, loaded fries, super nachos and their frozen margarita! All were pretty stellar, the tacos had so much fish and shrimp that it was worth the price set. The frozen margarita was too notch, yes it was a cold day but frozen margs can just be enjoyed anytime! Service was prompted and everyone was nice while taking our order. Cute place that has plenty of seating both inside and outside. Tried the shrimp taco which was good if not a little cold. The bean burger was really good, it's a beef patty topped with refried beans. Your new order kiosks are a joke. Ordering is laborious. What could be done quickly with a person takes several minutes longer using the screen commands. And the screen ordering process is too complex and confusing. You've got some nerve asking for a tip after the customer does literally everything except cook & deliver the food. We had to go behind the counter & grab our drink cups because the lazy employee was nowhere to be seen. My husband and I went yesterday. We both had pizzas, he got the T-Rex and I got the bbq chicken pizza. We both had fountain drinks. It came out to $50 for two people. The girl at the front counter was very nice. The gentleman in the back making the food and delivering it was not. He shoved our pizzas down on the table and knocked over our sauces and spilled them, didn't say a word and walked off. Zero customer service skills, seemed to hate his job. This is such a great casual place where you can get above average food. The fries seal the deal for me. Cooked and seasoned perfectly. They're generous proportions so I usually split with the husband. I've only had the burgers and chicken sandwich but those pizzas look amazing! I highly suggest getting the frozen sangria. It's perfectly sweet and refreshing! Don't forget to take some cookies home, they are soft and packed with chocolate chips. So so so good! Everything I've had here has been excellent. My adult autistic son loves this place but I'm am thinking we will not return. Recently, the portions have gotten smaller and the prices have not. As an example, Trifecta chips salsa and guacamole portion sizes have been reduced by at least half and they now charge $2.50 if you run out of chips and want a refill of the small bag. Every other restaurant in town gives away chips for free. The prices here are comparable to a sit down restaurant. Better off going to one of those. The only thing I observed no one will wipe the table after someone sit on it. All aware we went here in a busy time, but I think it's not an excuse. I have to be gluten free and I have been excited to try this restaurant as it was recommended by the website Find Me Gluten Free. They advertise gf buns, lettuce wraps, gf pizza crust,etc. HOWEVER, none of the meat or fish to put into these are gluten free per the chef and server. How the heck does that help me? They do have a nice variety of options for me, which is nice. And I decided to go outside the norm and order there unique tacos. Everything looked and tasted great!! Orderup is located at the Shops in Lincoln Heights. I have been here several times to include during Burger Week and a few fundraisers for my daughter's school. We enjoy the food every time we come. I wish I could remember every burger I've ever had here, but one that stands out is the Surfer Burger. I remember not feeling like getting a traditional burger patty, and wild-caught fish caught my eye. It came with grilled pineapple, avocado, pico, jack cheese, and chipotle mayo, and it was amazing. I have also been here for breakfast and enjoyed breakfast tacos. I remember debating between two or three tacos and ordered three because I didn't know how big they were, and I was scared I'd still be hungry. Was very excited to try Orderup, but as we got to the counter to order we were told they couldn't make a half strawberry half chocolate milkshake. He didn't have the ingredients to do so, but we saw he made a strawberry milkshake for someone else and my husband ended up ordering a chocolate milkshake. Burgers were just ok. Nothing special. Part of my bun was soggy but nothing moist touching it. Fries were warm and soft. It looks good, but it wasn't anything to write home about. Decided to try the chocolate chip cookie milkshake after thinking maybe theyll get this right. The guy at the counter said it was the best cookies he's had. I was disappointed. The cookie chunks were so big it couldn't make it up the straw. The cookie recipe needs to be revamped. It has a stale cookie yet cake like texture.
