I am so happy with their service!…read more We moved into our new home a little over 4 years ago that had some bushes planted around the front lawn and a few poorly placed rose bushes. We made the mistake of letting the bushes grow out to the point where we couldn't tackle the job on our own. We contacted AV Lawn Service and Landscaping and someone came out within a few days to give us an estimate. Not only was the price right for all that we needed done but he also gave us tips and suggested on a few things; but he wasn't pushy at all. He made his suggestions but didn't push us to do anything more than what we were asking at this time. We agreed on the job on Wednesday and they were out the following Monday (which worked best for all of our schedules). It took two men a few hours to get everything done, even exceptional clean up and removal of the lawn debris; they also went over and cleaned up fallen debris from our neighbors yard due to the bushes being along the fence. The also removed the rose bushes that should have never been planted where they were lol. It looks great! We're very happy and I've already recommended them to family members that are looking for some work done as well. They're nice, did a great job, and reasonably priced. We will definitely use them again in the future, possibly for bigger work as my mind is reeling on what we can do to give our entire front a new look :) Thank you, AV Lawn Service & Landscaping!!

Ian asked multiple questions about the type of inspection we were looking for, what type of system we had, and what our expectations for the inspection were, then actually recommended a different specialist inspector who he believed would be able to provide the service we were looking for. I will definitely be sure to recommend Ian and Calview to friends who are looking for inspection services!

Robert and his team…read moreare so thorough and found a multitude of issues with the first property - so much so, that I ended up backing out of the sale. They literally saved me from buying a lemon of a home that would have cost me tens of thousands in repairs in the long run! In both cases, the inspectors walked me through all of their findings and made recommendations for repairs and areas that needed immediate attention. Robert provides an extremely detailed report with photos (and even video in one case), and it was easy for my realtor to select the items to be included in a request for repairs. It also gave me an inventory of less-crucial things I could take care of myself before moving in. Overall, I found Robert and his partner inspector to be knowledgeable, trustworthy, and thorough. Scheduling was prompt and payment was reasonable. I hope to be out of the real estate market for a good while, but would not hesitate to use them again!

I can't say enough good things about CES and am honestly shocked that there are negative reviews…read more We've been using CES for multiple projects over the last 2 years and I've found them to be super reliable, do great work, and all at a good price. They are my first call for any project at my house. They've installed multiple windows, replaced my furnace when it failed in the middle of winter, rerouted hvac pipes that were exhausting to the wrong area, and I'm going to use them to install some bathroom fans soon. Marcus is always very responsive & describes the work needed in detail so I understand. Ron and team do great work and are very friendly. This company is the most reliable place I've found and I'd recommend them to anyone

Well this year we were recommended Highlander and were told they had a repellent that would keep them away and eliminate the ones that might be there. A little skeptical if it would work, I called them up. The person showed up when they said he would and was very friendly and professional. He sprayed all the places I asked, that had been the hotspots for the wasps in the past, and answered any questions I had. Still skeptical if it was going to work or not, I told my wife that we will see in a couple of days if it worked or not. Well guess what, its been a week, and I have only heard a wasp 1 time since then, and I think it was flying around to see if it could find a home, after buzzing around for a bit it flew away. I am so happy that it worked, and we will be getting the wasp spray every year from here on out.

Without any issues (which mine did not have) it said it is generally $200-$400. My cost even with a discount was $687. However, Benny came out and inspected my breaker for the hot tub and it was bad. He did a great job checking the breaker, the main electrical box and even after replacement made sure the hot tub was back to good working order. He called when he was on his way and gave me an ETA. He was very friendly and professional. Left me with some recommendations for the future and advised me of a new code in place which my panel does not have. Great job Benny, thank you for being so thorough and explaining things, 5 star service!

On top of that they charged 3% for the use of a credit card. This place is essentially a scam. I feel bad for the technician who had to relay the pricing as she was nice and did good work.
