I will definitely be sure to recommend Ian and Calview to friends who are looking for inspection services!

My nephew who is a roofer in a different region reviewed all the quotes and said that Signature's was by far the most fair and thorough. Throughout the whole process, Kevin the owner was open and honest with how to get the most bang for my buck and didn't pressure me with any upselling. Upon hiring Signature, they were great at communication and were able to schedule me about a month out after I accepted their bid. Kevin came out and did a temporary patch prior to a big storm to make sure I didn't have further damage while waiting for my roof replacement. During the actual install, his crew was professional and friendly. One of the guys actually brought me tamales that his wife had made! They were very respectful of me, which is important to me as a woman living alone who needs to feel safe. The worksite was tidied after the job and they even did some minor stucco repairs. Signature may not be the absolute lowest price out there, but I think they are by far the best value and highest quality. Thanks Kevin!

So, I need to first share a short disappointing story, but I promise it has a GREAT ending:…read more Originally, I was waiting for a different flooring company to come over to evaluate & quote both our bathroom floors. These two bathrooms had W-to-W carpet (not a fan of W-to-W carpets in bathrooms.) I scheduled w/ the different company 1 to 2 weeks in advance for a quote and made other plans accordingly. On the day of, the other company was supposed to come over as scheduled but they were already delinquent 1/2 an hour. Instead, I get a phone call from one of their field techs asking me if they could change the meeting time, made excuses on why they couldn't come on time, etc... Instead of getting angry, I made an excuse and said, "let me get back to you..." NOT - cynical/ devious I know, but I am tired of those types of companies not properly calling in advance and rescheduling accordingly. In the meantime, I politely hung up with the infamous field tech, went on YELP, and started looking for 5-star flooring companies. I noticed this: CENTRAL VALLEY FLOOR DESIGN company, I called and spoke with Ben S. (S - For Savior-lol); I explained my situation, and that same day, NO JOKE, Ben came out - evaluated, and quoted my floors, and later that day we tentatively agreed on a floor type, even went to their showroom days later and looked at other alternatives and decided on the original floor type. No pressure, no bad attitudes, no excuses, and in my opinion the price was fair. We had a very pleasant experience! So, my bride and I scheduled for them to come out in a few weeks because of schedule conflicts. CENTRAL VALLEY FLOOR DESIGN field techs came out as planned and on time, and completed both bathrooms in one day, with no issues. We were VERY, VERY HAPPY with the product and my wife received her early Christmas present. If I could give more stars I would. YES, as of 12/16/22, we recommend CENTRAL VALLEY FLOOR DESIGN to our friends and neighbors...

I feel that you can tell a lot about a company by talking to the person who answers the phone. Amber quickly inspired confidence in my choice of choosing this company to contact. She answered the phone immediately, was professional and listened to me carefully. She set up an appointment when Tony could visit. And she explained Tony would text me the day of the appointment with the window of time he would be arriving. Love organized and efficient. As per his word, Tony texted me and gave me a 4 to 5:00 p.m. window and showed up on time. For the next hour Tony evaluated the situation by getting a very close look at the problem area. He then went up into the attic for a closer inspection. When he came back he had pictures on his phone and explained what was going on. As it turns out there is an open area in the roof where rain water can get in. This likely created the spot that has now formed. He said it was fixable and would send me an estimate via email. If I agreed with the estimate, I would be added to his schedule. (Luckily this is a very slow leak and the ceiling spot is small.) Tony was professional, knowledgeable, and I was very pleased with choosing him out of many other people. The estimate was received the next morning! I absolutely felt it was fair and reasonable. He is a popular guy. I have a month's wait. As an aside: My neighbor was present during Tony's visit. He was so impressed with Tony that he asked for his business card. I love supporting a local, independent, and family-owned business. Thanks, Tony and Amber. See you soon.
