The bad: inspector (Joseph) mainly noted things that I had already identified before his walkthrough (blue taped). He did catch there there were 2 broken tiles that I was not able to see. When the builder went to fix it, they noticed 4 broken tiles. The ugly: when I moved in 4 days later, I noticed none of the hot water valves were turned on in the entire house. Made me think it wasn't tested... my theory was kinda confirmed when I installed by fridge 4 days later, turned on the fridge water line (which was hooked up to the kitchen sinks hot water valve), and had water dripping out of my ceiling within 5 minutes. I emailed Golden State Inspections to let them know that Joseph missed this and have not even received an acknowledgment to my email (I emailed them 5 days ago). I wasn't asking them to fix it or anything, but a simple acknowledgment would have been nice. Be warned.
