Gave this deli another shot. Ordered the same sandwich for myself, the Cuban. It was seriously on point!! Generous juicy roasted pork along with the sliced ham toasted perfectly on a torte roll w/ melted Swiss, pickles and mustard. Yum I got a Rueben for hubby, my error forgot to get on white instead of rye, so of course he saw it at home and had to scrape everything off and out on our white bread. He said it was good but not the same since he didn't grill it. Two sandwiches was $20, nothing comes with. I had originally asked for extra sauce on both but then saw the cleats adding various charges on so I told her forget the extra sauce not paying .79 and 1.29 for each sandwich to have extra mustard and thousand island. I love, love, love this place! They have literally everything from food to groceries to hardware to garden. The employees are so friendly and helpful. The best is their deli/restaurant. They have a deli off to the left beyond the hardware area !!! We got 2 delicious sandwiches, a pulled pork daily special for $5 and a cuban for about $7. My friend said the pulled pork was better than the equivalent Costco $5 pulled pork; I enjoyed my Cuban thoroughly. Both were loaded with meat and panini pressed. Also they sell CliC magnetic eyeglasses, the kind that click together in the front that you've seen on TV actors like CSI and Treehouse Master. read more

My go-to place when it comes to pina colada smoothies! Delicious and cold, you can have it blended with ice cream or yogurt. Friendly staff, once your order is finished, you can take it over to the counter near the exit to pay for it. Haven't tried their sandwiches yet, but I heard good reviews one them! read more

This is for the deli, thought I'd pick up a couple sandwiches to bring home for our lunch. I'd seen the deli counter a few times and noticed locals in line to put in their orders so I was curious. We live in HPP and very few close food choices. Someone needs to put in a pizza joint or delivery in that orchidland area. Ok so, I ordered a Cuban although noticed this visit all the specialty sandwich pics were taken off menu board. I inquired and nice gal said they just hadn't put pics back up after making some changes. Also thought I'd get my hubby a cheeseburger to try that out too. Gals very sweet and order ready in like 5-7 mins. I also got a tamale and a pork bun ( forgot name) each only $2. Pork bun good, love the texture of the rice dough like a bao bun. Haven't tried tamale yet. Hubbys burger on a kaiser type bun, I added sauce and added slice of cheese to it before giving to him because buns looked skimpy on sauce and cheese was like melted into burger . He said it was good, but could tell it was just ok from his response. It was $5.50 for deluxe cheeseburger. The lettuce/Tom/onion was fresh. My Cuban was fairly good, I did like the French roll, the corned beef good, but pork and Swiss barely detected and only could pickles. I added more mustard but needed more goo factor, cheese, juicy shred pork and creamy mustard. Prices fair, I would try again and just know to ask for added sauce/condiments. I like that their deli sandwiches are made to order once you fill out the custom order form checking off what you want, everything from bread, meats, cheeses, sauces, veggies. After moving to Mountain View, Big Island,HI, you learn that finding hardware may not be easy. But the Orchidland True Value store is very unique. Hardware, groceries, deli and even a special pet supply area. First time I walked in, thought I was wrong place as groceries and a deli popped in front of my face. Whoa, nice surprise. I do not care for Home Depot, as their customer service is always lacking. I drove the extra miles to get honest knowledge, personal help and left feeling good.........every time. They spent time with special orders to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I went there for about 3 years, but since moved back to Oregon. Highly recommend this store. read more

They've got pretty much anything you'd need. Walmart is probably still cheaper but prices here are still reasonable and sale prices are good. Definitely beats driving back into town and getting stuck in traffic. read more
