I had been on prescription drugs to help alleviate the frequent pain I experience. In the fall of 2014 the pain became very bad and my family physician changed my medication,as it had little effect he then doubled the dosage. The only thing that was changing was my personality, the pain was still there. He told me that this was what I would have to contend with for the rest of my days as there was not much else that could be done, perhaps surgery and that it was part of getting old. A friend asked if I had tried acupuncture, of course not as I would not even consider doing that, but, in view of what was happening,why not? I went to see James. Four sessions later I stopped taking my drugs, have not had one since. Now I do a regular monthly session with James, he keeps me going. I can remain more active than I have for years, the pain is gone and really happy to kick the drugs. I honestly would recommend this treatment to anyone who is suffering from the kind of pain that I was going through.
