My feet feel amazing and happy for days afterwards, and overall I always feel rested and re-energized after our session. This is probably the best self-care I do for myself. When I was laying on the table and smelled the baby oil i knew I was in trouble, but I thought it's fine I am always saying I should get a relaxing massage. There was nothing relaxing about it. There is nothing worse than someone pretending to be an RMT, and pushing and poking on muscles that they have no understanding of. I left in worse shape than when I arrived. I also had to go home and shower to get rid of the baby oil smell. I also paid $93 for a non relaxing, non therapeutic message. I can't explain what this was.
