I returned with the original receipt and offered to pay any reasonable replacement fee. The receptionist remembered both me and the transaction, yet I was told the certificates could not be replaced because Century Feet has no system for tracking them. I understand their policy that lost or stolen certificates are not replaced. My issue is how the situation was handled. When I questioned why there was no tracking system or alternative solution, the conversation became aggressive and sarcastic enough that I chose to leave rather than let it escalate. A business is more than the service it provides when everything goes smoothly. Customer service matters most when something goes wrong. Even if the answer ultimately had to be no, I expected professionalism, some effort to help, and a willingness to consider a better system for the future.

When I was laying on the table and smelled the baby oil i knew I was in trouble, but I thought it's fine I am always saying I should get a relaxing massage. There was nothing relaxing about it. There is nothing worse than someone pretending to be an RMT, and pushing and poking on muscles that they have no understanding of. I left in worse shape than when I arrived. I also had to go home and shower to get rid of the baby oil smell. I also paid $93 for a non relaxing, non therapeutic message. I can't explain what this was.
