On July 9, I purchased two gift certificates totalling $178 for a lymphatic drainage massage. The recipient later lost them. I returned with the original receipt and offered to pay any reasonable replacement fee. The receptionist remembered both me and the transaction, yet I was told the certificates could not be replaced because Century Feet has no system for tracking them. I understand their policy that lost or stolen certificates are not replaced. My issue is how the situation was handled. When I questioned why there was no tracking system or alternative solution, the conversation became aggressive and sarcastic enough that I chose to leave rather than let it escalate. A business is more than the service it provides when everything goes smoothly. Customer service matters most when something goes wrong. Even if the answer ultimately had to be no, I expected professionalism, some effort to help, and a willingness to consider a better system for the future.

If you haven't had a reflexology massage before than it's time to start lol…read more We are visiting from Richmond which has a huge selection of these types of massage spas but in Kelowna there really aren't a lot of options. The good news is this option at Century is amazing. Sit back relax and get the benefits of a massage that hits your pressure points with just the right amount of "pain". Don't worry if it's too soft or too hard they can make adjustments on the fly. I highly recommend Eric and Grace. They were both amazing. Will come again when I'm back in town

Does Acupuncture work?…read more Here's my story...Close to 2 years ago I had the miserable experience of Sciatic pain down my left side. For those who have experienced this or are going through it right now know about the pain and the sleepless nights. I tried everything from rolling that tennis ball, Stretching, Chiropractic, Massage Therapy and Physio Therapy which helped some...Then an acquaintance suggested OKANAGAN ACUPUNCTURE. Best thing I ever did for myself! Well long story short after my first appointment at OKANAGAN ACUPUNCTURE I felt relief. To top it off I slept through the whole night for the first time in months pain free and still do. Now just like any type of therapy subsequent appointments are necessary to feel the benefits of Acupuncture. I still go about every 6 weeks to stay on top of it. James Kaufman over the last year and a half has treated me as well for headaches, shoulder pain etc with great results.. I would highly recommend OKANAGAN ACUPUNCTURE... Ron Hartwig

My name is Allan Waidman, I'm over 70 yrs of age and have been diagnosed with DDD (Degenerative…read moreDisc Disease) as well as arthritis. I had been on prescription drugs to help alleviate the frequent pain I experience. In the fall of 2014 the pain became very bad and my family physician changed my medication,as it had little effect he then doubled the dosage. The only thing that was changing was my personality, the pain was still there. He told me that this was what I would have to contend with for the rest of my days as there was not much else that could be done, perhaps surgery and that it was part of getting old. A friend asked if I had tried acupuncture, of course not as I would not even consider doing that, but, in view of what was happening, why not? I went to see James. Four sessions later I stopped taking my drugs, have not had one since. Now I do a regular monthly session with James, he keeps me going. I can remain more active than I have for years, the pain is gone and really happy to kick the drugs. I honestly would recommend this treatment to anyone who is suffering from the kind of pain that I was going through. It works for me and I tell everyone of the success that I have had and I thank this to the expertise of James. I feel GREAT!

When I was laying on the table and smelled the baby oil i knew I was in trouble, but I thought it's fine I am always saying I should get a relaxing massage. There was nothing relaxing about it. There is nothing worse than someone pretending to be an RMT, and pushing and poking on muscles that they have no understanding of. I left in worse shape than when I arrived. I also had to go home and shower to get rid of the baby oil smell. I also paid $93 for a non relaxing, non therapeutic message. I can't explain what this was. Please do yourself a favour and do not get a message here. Your body will thank you.
