Kim is far too aggressive and Does Not regard the request of the client to not use heavy forearm "stripping" and elbows techniques while she protests in having strong hands. She did not ask my concerns or fill out any forms while boasting certification and licensing. There was no warmup during this 2 hour session and she rushed me out the door 20 minutes early in order to satisfy another call she answered during my massage while also stopping to talk constantly with her hands. Initially, she barged in the room while I was naked and when that other client arrived she came back into the room telling me to get dressed in front of her so she could clean the room saying my time was almost up anyway. There had been no sheet or blanket to cover my private areas until I turned over and received a hand towel. I laid on a sheet of crunchy doctors paper and while she breezed over most of my sore muscles and literally attacked the most tender ones, I tried to endure the force of her techniques thinking she would lighten up each time she made me flinch in agony. I told her 4 times "no more elbows or scraping" and she kept on. In the end I felt like a dummy letting the need to relieve my already excruciating pain determine a trust I should never have instilled in someone I hadn't been to before. I have a very high pain tolerance but this was just not worth it. I was happy just to get out because she was causing more damage than good and would not listen and kept talking over me. I don't normally post bad reviews (unless it's serious) but my best advice : When a therapist asks for money AND a tip upfront, just turn around and run. At $130/hr + this massage was a terrible mistake that I will never forget. read more
