I've had a very good experience each time which is why I keep coming back. The foot/leg massages are amazing, I always feel so pampered and relaxed during and after. They're about 50 minutes long. If the pressure is too strong or weak you can tell them. WHAT IS REFLEXOLOGY?: Also called "zone therapy," this mixture of healing art and science is based on the premise that an energy channel encompassing 12 vital organs exists from our feet to the tops of our heads. Applying pressure with his/her hands, a reflexologist unblocks that channel to restore proper health and organ function. The back/body acupressure massages are very nice and relaxing. So good for tight muscles. WHAT IS ACUPRESSURE?: Acupressure is a form of touch therapy that utilizes the principles of acupuncture and Chinese medicine. When I was laying on the table and smelled the baby oil i knew I was in trouble, but I thought it's fine I am always saying I should get a relaxing massage. There was nothing relaxing about it. There is nothing worse than someone pretending to be an RMT, and pushing and poking on muscles that they have no understanding of. I left in worse shape than when I arrived. I also had to go home and shower to get rid of the baby oil smell. I also paid $93 for a non relaxing, non therapeutic message. I can't explain what this was.
