He went straight to descaling the heater and saying he will order/replace the part. Outcome: Nicole says the part was "rush delivered" twice and it was the WRONG PART TWICE. (This is over the course of a month). Nicole continually blames us for not replacing the heater even though she ordered the wrong part twice and the plumber did NOT give us consent to descale the heater AND he did NOT recommend to replace it. Overall Review: Favinger is the most DISORGANIZED organization. Take your business elsewhere.
