He went straight to descaling the heater and saying he will order/replace the part. Outcome: Nicole says the part was "rush delivered" twice and it was the WRONG PART TWICE. (This is over the course of a month). Nicole continually blames us for not replacing the heater even though she ordered the wrong part twice and the plumber did NOT give us consent to descale the heater AND he did NOT recommend to replace it. Why does a $88 light bulb need to be replaced yearly? The company sells the equipment to a construction company. The consruction company installs it. You are then connected to the office by a phone line so the septic can be monitered in the office. SO...for $433 you get....a once a year 15-20 min visit from tech ($350), charged for a $88 light bulb and a phone connection. That is ALL they do for $433!!!!
