I can't even begin to tell you how pleasant our bike tour experience was! We hardly even got on the road and I was mentally adding "get a bike and go places on it" to my life list. We rode past lines of cars and along the back edges of the unbelievable tulip fields (where the tourists in their REALLY NOT FIELD-FRIENDLY OUTFITS were afraid to go) and have a million pictures to show for it. Poor service I had to take my bike back because the brakes did not work after being fixed. I dreaded the brow beating but needed my bike fixed. No apologies only Tim's snarky remarks. After telling the young guy I will wait. Tim spoke up "We cannot always fix it on the spot" was uncalled for after I had brought my bike back from last weeks repair job. Meanwhile other customers were bringing tires to the front desk Adjusting there cleats ext. Again 30 minute wait while sales are juggled. We were pleasantly surprised to receive good quality bikes, maps, a repair kit, and personal help/attention. At $120 for the week per bike, the price felt a bit high -- but they did throw in an extra day for free, which we appreciated.

Matt was very accomodating to meet us and rent us the bikes. He explained the operation of them, we tested them and then took off. Getting them was a very easy process. We were free to ride and we rode them to Hovander Park putting a good 30 miles into day and we absolutely loved the ease of riding these bikes. To get there, we rode our our own bikes there, locked them up and took off. The bikes were in excellent working condition, fully charged and helmets and locks were provided. Also, additional battery charger, just in case, but we did not use. What a great way to try out e-bikes and spend the day. Bring a back pack because there wasn't a basket or storage place.
