Do you love Hello Kitty? Blind boxes? Korean skincare products? Japanese snacks? Well, if you do head on over to Orange Pocket. Orange pocket is a Korean and Japanese life style store. They have claw machines and gabachon capsule machines to entertain the kids. There are so many stuffed animals. I was fascinated at all of the different kinds. I even saw a ground hog stuffed animal. I saw some people working at the store. I didn't ask for help. So, I can't really comment on the service. I have heard that prices are on the higher side. The sheer scope of the store is astounding. It is huge and you could easily spend an hour just looking around. I enjoyed the colorful displays and the variety of products. They even had milk toast socks. They were so cute. Orange Pocket is just one of those stores you want to browse and then go back and buy. At least that is what I plan to do.

Grand opening September 19 has a line wrapped around the building and the block. Took over an hour to go in but staff were keeping count of how many persons were in the building so it did not get too crowded. Great job on crowd control because it kept the shopping experience from being overwhelming. They had characters in suits which helped keep children waiting in the line entertained. Once inside, there is plenty of browsing room between shelves of figurines, collectibles, makeup, bags, stationery, plushies, and much more. While there is some licensed stuff, several things were "elevated knockoffs". The One Piece pens we bought had random, irrelevant Japanese on the packing mixed with simplified Chinese. We bought two differently designed boxes but they were all the same pen inside. Not a fan of the AI videos playing and AI art used in the advertising. For the grand opening weekend, there are some gifts for certain purchases. The bear and mug gift set's bear is actual a small cloth tied up as a bear either rubber bands. The Canmake gift from purchasing Canmake products was a miniature MONO pocket correction tape roll with a Canmake sticker on it. A bit disappointing with the misleading advertising. Many of the things (makeup, haircare, drinks) are more expensive here than at other places such as Ebisu and TESO Life.
