They don't come off as very trustworthy. I went in to my first appointment with them and the doctor did a quick look at my teeth and immediately said I needed Invisalign for $5000, and *maybe* it'll cost less with my insurance. Huh? I've never had a dentist push a cosmetic procedure on me at all, let alone within the first 5 minutes of meeting them. I had to reschedule because I was coughing due to their business being under construction and dust getting into my throat. The doctor seemed annoyed that I requested this. A few weeks later, I called to cancel my rescheduled because after some thought, I realized I didn't trust their practice, and the person on the phone INSISTED that I come back, to the point in which I felt I needed to tell her I am busy indefinitely in order for her to stop insisting Anyway, they seem untrustworthy and a little desperate for business. A 7-star dental office. Doctor Marco employs state of the art technology I didn't see in other offices I've been to in the past. For instance dental scanning that makes placing the crown a piece of cake. It took him merely 5 min to do it while in the past my old DDS used to take good 1/2 hr to adjust the crown using a black film. I also went to the office for some deep gum pockets and he was able to handle the problem very efficiently. Amberto the Hygienist was amazing with his services. He accommodated all my concerns and was really gentle. I didn't feel pain at all when he was working on my teeth. 10/10 for him. Also the receptionist went above and beyond when trying to get my annually cleaning covered with my insurance. She called them right there when I was in the waiting room and made it happen. Absolutely loved this dentistry. All clinical staff was helpful in answering my questions and breaking down payment plans. I arrived on time to my appointments and I was seen within 10 minutes. The procedures completed were nerve-wracking but they were understanding and made me feel comfortable by asking me if I needed frequent breaks, explaining the items used for each procedures, and explained in detail what occurred. read more

I just recently switched our family to this office. It was a very bad choice. My husband said it felt like he was dealing with a used car salesman. Then my daughter said that she went in for her cleaning appointment and that they had canceled her appointment with no warning. When I called the office the girl tried to lie and said that she called, but she didn't realize that she had called me. I told her to pull the audio of our conversation confirming the appointment. I advised her that I wanted to speak to the office manager. When I spoke with the office manager I ended advising her of all the mishaps that occurred and needless to say, we all do not feel comfortable with them doing any work on our family. We have canceled all of our upcoming appointments and will be seeking a better suited office that has a competent, trustworthy, staff. read more

I had come in because my former dentist no longer took my insurance. I would go regularly every six months for cleanings and any other issues that arose. On my first visit to Dr. Marco Abdullah he informed me that I would require a deep cleaning, scaling, and root planing plus a night guard. The work totaled over $2800 all of which none was covered by the insurance. I walked out of that office never to return. I've since gone to another dentist who did a regular cleaning and said a deep cleaning was not needed. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone. read more

I'm not one to come here and give bad reviews. I try to be very understanding. But I have my limits. The first time I ever came here I had an appointment at 10am , I arrived early. I'm sitting in the waiting area And around 10:30 They asked me if they could reschedule I was a little bit annoyed But I get it Emergencies happen. I had to wait a whole week for my new appointment. I go to my appointment. Everything went well. I got my wisdom teeth Extracted talked about my treatment. I ended up having to make a new appointment because my wisdom teeth were extracted and i needed a Follow and we were going to start my new treatment. I had an appointment at 3:30. I arrived to my appointment at 3:28. The receptionist had checked me in. I didn't get seated in the back until 4:15. At that point, I was already annoyed that they had me waiting for 45 minutes without letting me know anything. I would've had appreciated If they would've let me know That they were behind on schedule and The dentist took an emergency patient. Instead of having me wait there for so long. She could've called to ask if I could come in at a later time But no She proceeded to checking me in without letting me know anything and have me wait And assumed I was going to be OK with Waiting For that long. I would understand if I didn't have an appointment And I had to wait But I had an appointment And they did not honor my appointment! I was very, very upset! I was getting treated like this. I don't like confrontation But I had to stand up for myself And my time! I had asked for a refund because I didn't want to proceed with Because of the service I was receiving. They refused to give me my whole refund. And only wanted to refund me a portion ! So if you're looking for a new dentist, I do not recommend this one You'll spend more time in the lobby waiting. In my attempt to speak to office manager regarding myI concern she sided with the clerk by stating that that's the way they have always done this process and have never had any complaints before. What really got my head to turn and leave was that the same clerk that ran this unauthorized inquiry turned on and blasted the office music . There was no music during the entire time I was there. I was speaking in a moderate tone and although upset, I contained my composure. I was highly insulted thereafter. I was thinking of changing dentists due to an anticipated change in insurance, so I made an appointment to see Dr Marco. After an examination, he suggested extensive treatment for gum disease and replacing a crown. The entire cost was over $4000 out of my pocket because many of the treatments he insisted on were not covered by my very good insurance. I have been seeking regular dental care with my other dentist for years, so I went back to them to get a second opinion. After an examination and a cleaning I was told I did not need any of the treatments that Dr Marco at Orange Plaza Dentistry had suggested. The only thing I can conclude is that they are recommending unnecessary treatment just to make money. I am very disappointed in this dental practice and would not recommend them to anyone . BTW, the office manager is very condescending, rude and defensive when you ask a question or want further clarification. read more

Horrifying experience, 1st dentist was fired 2nd dentist young and lacking experience, horrible pain just to start to numb the mouth and then to proceed with root canal was even more excruciating pain, and my jaw now Pops mmmmm maybe due to the 3hrs my jaw was opened. Could not return for the 3rd visit so I went to get a second opinion and sure enough there is decay on the other side of my tooth. So he put filling on top of a decay tooth. 2dentist re-did the process and definitely way LESS pain. If you come here you have been warned there is no need to feel this much pain he needs to get his license removed and shut this place down. My Assistant Raeanne was extremely helpful with my insurance coverage.
