Super cheap regardless and very much recommended to park here when you visit Pasadena. Each hour after the 2 hr threshold is +$1 and can go up to max of $12 daily. Inside the large parking structure has couple basement levels along with upper levels. There's plenty of parking spots to go around and each spot is not too tight which is great. Easily manageable to drive around to find a spot as well as a car cleaning service in the basement level. Only condition to speed up the process is to pay at one of their machines before you go to your car. The exit gate can scan your license plate and the gate lifts itself, very streamline.

The view is breathtaking just overlooking down the view of the complex! There are no upcoming events held here but the previews years they had the A Very Merry Block Party, Chalk-A- Doodle Festival, and Holiday Shopwalk! There are so many dining,food, & beverage options, Service providers , Clothing & home fashion stores, beauty salons, health and fitness club, entertainment too! Alas those days are long gone and my grandpa can no longer drive, a bit sad and a bit nostalgic to look back on, I digress. It's a huge mall and I definitely prefer it over going to the Americana across the street (free parking here and such), but again, it's a huge mall that attracts all around, so parking can get quite busy, especially on the weekends, so keep that in mind. I like that there's an attached Target and lots of shopping and dining options. They have all of the franchises that you find at a standard mall and at a higher end mall too, so you get a good mix of both. There's an Apple Store, Beard Papa (not many of these left sadly), Bath and Body Works, Heytea, Hot Topic, Kura, Lacoste, Lush, Marugame Udon, Miniso, Molly Tea, Pop Mart, the Lego Store (I remember visiting this as a child), Uniqlo, Tokyo Life Style, etc. There's a markedly newer and lively part of the mall and when you go to the periphery, there's a strange mini floor on one of the top floors and the crowds start parsing through. It used to be the only mall where we could get some of these franchises and foods or we'd have to travel more into the OC, but now that the Santa Anita mall has almost every business that I would need, going to the Glendale Galleria is a once in awhile treat if we're already in the area.

After that, we all had dinner together at Kura Sushi. After dinner at Kura Sushi, I decided to pick up another kabob to go for my other brother at home. As I was walking back to Kura Sushi with the food, I passed by the restroom area near the food court and a kiosk that appeared to offer eyebrow tattooing services. A Hispanic female janitor was cleaning the area. My mom had called me and was asking me to come back quickly, so I was walking at a very fast pace with the takeout order in my hand. Suddenly, the female janitor jabbed me in the arm and started speaking angrily in Spanish. I couldn't understand a single word she was saying, and I was completely shocked by her behavior. I assume that because I was walking quickly to get back to my mom, I may not have noticed that she had placed a caution sign and was cleaning that section of the floor. Perhaps I accidentally walked through the area she was working on. Even so, I found it completely unacceptable for someone to jab me in the arm like that. To make matters worse, she kept speaking to me in Spanish, which I could not understand. I honestly thought her behavior was very inappropriate. I simply responded, "Please speak English and do not touch me, OK?" My mom was waiting for me and wanted to leave right away, so I didn't have time to continue the conversation and just walked away. However, the more I think about what happened that day, the more upset it makes me. I sincerely hope I never experience something this unpleasant again. Glendale Galleria should do a better job of training its employees on how to interact respectfully with customers.

The Tesla dealership was super cool. No pressure we just wanted to check out their showroom. We stopped by the Timeless Luxury jewelry cart where I got a really cute forever bracelet that I love and the price was reasonable. They had plenty of shops and food spots. Also live entertainment. Parking was in as structure and for the three hours we were there it was about $16 dollars. It was a nice evening, I would definitely visit again.

There's a couple parking structures in this area of Pasadena, some street parking, or if you're…read moreokay with walking free parking and you just have to traverse some distance. Just make sure you read the signs so you don't get ticketed or towed, since we've definitely seen some live ticketing happening while dining here and of course, don't leave valuables in your car. This is probably one of the top urine smelling parking structures I've been to, but I guess it depends which stairwell you have to exit from, since I've been spared this a handful of times (not all the time). People speed in here and are pretty reckless too, so keep your head on a swivel, or better yet, just park on the roof. Some of the lower level spots can get a bit tight. Take your parking pass ticket with you so you can pay at the machine before leaving. You don't have to insert the ticket again because nowadays, most parking lots use Big Brother technology to read your license plate and identify if you've paid or not (I'm assuming). $1 for 2-ish hours is not bad! Especially if you're just in and out to grab a quick bite or to do some shopping. Random, but don't get suckered into going to the Church of Scientology right next to the parking lot pedestrian exit. I saw cookies and almost walked in immediately.

De Lacey Garage is 1 of 3 "Park & Walk" city-owned garages that offers the cheapest rates in the area; Schoolhouse Garage (33 E. Green St.) & Marriott Garage (48 N. Raymond Ave.) are the other 2 sister garages. Both De Lacey & Schoolhouse (1 block east) Garages are more centrally located in Old Town, whereas Marriott Garage is at the edge across from Memorial Park. Rates (as of April 2026): $1: 1st 2 hours $2/hour thereafter $12 daily maximum Or if you truly don't want to pay, you could walk a few blocks west & park at Ralph's (320 W. Colorado Blvd.); however, I'm not sure how vigilant the supermarket is about towing if you're not a customer. When I was a student at Pasadena City College, there was free street parking & limited free time in parking garages in Old Town Pasadena. Since 07/2022, the longstanding 1st 90 minutes of free parking in city-owned parking garages were eliminated & a new policy was implemented to $1 for the 1st 2-hours to fund maintenance & repairs. I was in the area for a Yelp event & wasn't sure if I can find free parking nearby & with my time constraints to return in time for my daughter's swim meet, it was easier to use a parking garage. Luckily, De Lacey Garage is just around the corner of Lather so it was perfect! When I returned to my car, I had a hard time spotting the payment kiosk(s) since there's notices that state you need to pay first before attempting to exit. There was no kiosk by the stairs & elevator, which would be a sensible location to place a kiosk since it's an exit point. I looked at both ends & didn't see one, so I drove to the exit & paid there. It wasn't until I checked the reviews that there's only 1 payment kiosk & it's located at the ground level. If you're planning to dine or shop in Old Town Pasadena, I recommend parking here at De Lacey Garage or Schoolhouse Garage; they're centrally located & cheaper than metered parking.
