It's a cluster fudge where the garages offer monthly parking and then you are redirected to this office , where the story keeps changing and where they offer a completely unrelated garage that they don't work with or affiliated with , then at the last second many truths come out : it's cash or check only , what is this 1992? Then it's not prorated so you must accept that the first month is gonna be a rip-off . Then it's 72 hours parking is allowed then story changes to 24 hours then back to 72, all the while they say "we will give you the application if you want to apply you can" , but offering a separate garage Completely unrelated to their business on the other side of town!!! wtf they're turning away money. idiots it's just been hell pulling teeth with these clowns and nobody can tell you all the facts up front to make an informed decision . AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! The lot on One Colorado in Pasadena . I pulled into the lot on Sunday. There was a no sign explaning parking fees. I had parked in Pasadena many times and often the first X amount is free. I went into Pottery Barn for SEVENTEEN minutes. I was charged $10.00! There were no attendants to speak to, all the "contact us" numbers are dead ends. I'll walk a mile in a blizzard before I park in a LAZ lot again. read more

Employees are rude and their parking system is inaccurate. Don't park there. They try to hold you hostage even after we show them we paid.

They have this parking rule that should be illegal. I had dinner at the Cheesecake Factory, took over an hour to get a table. They only validate for 2 hours. I was there 2 hours and 15 minutes. They charged me the full amount because if you pass the 2 hours the validation is void. WHY??? I spent over $200.00 at the Cheesecake Factory I should be entitled to at least the 2 hour validation and pay the difference. How can we change this unfair rule, which should be illegal. I wish I could give less than 1 star and I wish there's a way they would lose business due to this unfair rule. Parking/private companies should not have the right to make any arbitrary/unfair/illegal rules. Can we do a class action suit and make LAZ Parking pay thousands in illegal collection of monies from all customers complaining here and those that were also scammed using this tactic of not giving credit for the validation to which we should be entitled because we were spending hundreds in their businesses. This supervisor in the picture below was playing games not opening the gate after we paid him, because he didn't like our attitude because we were upset. I ended up calling Glendale PD to make him open the gate. Ridiculous! City of Glendale should do something about this as well as the CEO's of Americana. RE: 101 N. BRAND PARKING ATTENDANT!!! I actually would put 0 stars if I could regarding the customer service!!! I paid $3.00 for my parking ticket indoors at the lobby then proceeded to my car. I was then stuck in traffic to get out! I've had problems with this parking lost before in regards to the ticketing. When I finally got to the draw arm where you insert your ticket, it just kept loading. I then clicked cancel and it released my ticket. I put it in again and it said I owed $3.00. There was a hold up of cars because they were having issues as well. I then called the old parking attendant woman and said, "Excuse me, it's charging me $3, but I already paid this in the lobby." She said I paid at 9:21 and that it was already 9:49 and that I only had a 7 minutes to get to the exit. I told her I had been stuck in that traffic trying to get out and she said that I wasn't. She was trying to explain, but at this point I didn't want to hear it because she was insisting that I wasn't waiting long in the line to get out. So she kept arguing with me going back and forth asking if I as going to listen so that this won't happen again. I said, "EXCUSE ME!? I'M A CUSTOMER AND YOU SHOULDN'T TALK TO ME LIKE THAT!" So she said, "Just cause you're a customer?! YOU'RE JUST DUMB! Then you can just stay here cause I'm going home!" So I said, "FINE! I'LL JUST CALL THE POLICE!!!" and I proceeded to call 911. It was then that she unlocked the draw arm of the exit and let me out! I drove all the way home, couldn't find a number so I drove park and parked at In n Out. I walked to the building lobby and the nice concierge, Kenny helped me out with the parking lot phone number. I told him what happened and he said I actually have a video right here and YES! There was a traffic jam and hold up with cars trying to get out! He also said they get many complaints about her, but she's all they have right now and they're transitioning to new management. No, the unmarked chargers on the seventh floor is what you want, and obviously you have to ask the car wash employees to move their cones to avoid having to exit the structure entirely. read more

Coming into this parking structure it asked to insert a ticket and we were unsure how we would insert a ticket we did not have, so we paid with a credit card and entered the parking structure. They have a blocker that won't let you enter without some form of ticket. Keep in mind no ticket was given at the entrance which is what they told us should have happened when we called services. Nevertheless, it let us enter the parking structure. When we parked we noticed a sign that said remember to grab ticket. This is when we went to the booths inside parking structure to grab this supposed ticket we didn't have. It wouldn't let us purchase a ticket inside so that's when we began to wonder if we were supposed to receive a ticket at the entrance. We went to the stores to shop for what we had came for and we went back to the structure and called services and they told us we were supposed to receive a ticket at the entrance but that we would pay a lost ticket fee. We headed toward the exit and called over the people by the exit booths. WE HAD TO PAY A $30 LOST TICKET FEE! We could have possibly made the mistake of not grabbing the ticket in the beginning, but it's the most confusing, pointless parking structure that has no instructions or signs what so ever to confuse guests and get extra money. read more

First time ever coming to this mall (ans thanks to this company il never comme back) and first time parking at this facility. I got lost on the way in, then I got lost in the mall structure, picked up the food I was delivering, and ran back out and got lost in the parking lot again. Mind you, I came in at 6pm sharp. By the time I found the damn exit it was 626pm. The lanes were stopped because there were so many people were getting out, it was bumped to bumper, and the car ahead of me took five whole minutes to process his ticket. By the time I got to the attendant, it was 635pm. When I came in, the entry attendant said the first 15 minutes were free. I told the foregoing information to the attendant, stating that I carried no payment forms with me because I was picking up for delivery. He then offered to let me speak to management (as he called it), and some entitled male got on the speaker, I told him my situation, in fact, I had to repeat it three times, all throughout which this incredibly inappropriate individual, right in front of the attendant, was verbally abusive, pressed me to pay about five or six times insisting that I should have Apple pay or Google pay, which I don't because again I was not carrying anything with me. He kept insisting, and even started, in a very accusatory and mocking tone, asking why I had not gotten out right after I got my food, and telling me, "it's kind of funny that you had money to pay for your food but not for the parking" (did this guy have an attention span affliction? He clearly did not listen when I told him 3 or 4 times, that the food had been paid by app before I picked it up!!) and "why did you stay so long", and "you read the prices when you came in", and he even muttered, "typical of these people". Are you freaking kidding me?! What are you hiring, domestic violence criminals on parole? my pregnant wife and I urgently needed to leave the parking!  there was no automatic machine on any floor!  I paid $ 20 cash on the first floor, the machine didn't give me $ 8 change and didn't pay for the ticket !!!!! So why is the bill of parking still $12.00 the person on the speaker said oh yeah once you go past 4 hours $10 is automatically charged. Plus $1 for every 15mins. This review is strictly for the valet parking at the Americana near blow dry bar. I was there just now and left Tuesday November 9th at 3:30pm the African American man workin there is very rude and shouldn't be working there. I arrived at 3:24 and returned an item at Sephora came out and was waiting for his slow ass to check me out he's like oh it just hit ten minutes so u have to pay $12. Let me tell you something it's not about $12 honey I was going to tip the guy who brought my car to me $20 regardless because that's how I treat all of my valet guys when I come there regularly. It's the fact that he was trying to be a jerk about it even though it was his fault that I was waiting around for a few minutes for him to check me out. He gave me attitude about it and said well if you're coming to valet you should be prepared to pay.
