My mom and I needed a place to kill some time before the nearby art fair started, and this coffee…read moreshop was a great spot for that. It was spacious and there's a ton of cozy seating options, each still with a little side table, as well as several standard tables. I love that in a coffee shop. I ordered a vanilla latte and a bagel and my mom got a smoothie. All the baked goods looked delicious. While we enjoyed our visit, there were a few things that would have made it better. I didn't see the seasonal menu until after I ordered, because it seemed way of to the side. I wasn't given a plate or napkin for my bagel and it was a little hard to get someone's attention to ask where to find napkins (up by the register). It would've been great if they'd asked whether we wanted our items for here or to go. The restroom was out of toilet tissue, and when I tried to tell a staff member, they were wearing headphones so they couldn't hear me. I had to go find another to let them know. Some of the seating was quite messy and wasn't cleaned up in the amount of time we were there.

Staff was super friendly! Air conditioning, spartan seating, clean bathroom all good, but I LOVED…read morethat they had numerous quality iced tea options and the cupcakes were not only delish, but moist and with enough icing. I will be back next time I'm in Columbus!

Gramz Bakery - This is a friendly delicious place. I loved the brown sugar pistachio coffee. The banana smoothie that my friend had was so yummy!

I unfortunately didn't have the best experience here however, the atmosphere was so warm and cozy…read moreand I love the location. I ordered a grilled cheese along with a sugar pie slice and a London fog. They have other baked good options which looked good too. The grilled cheese was very small and I think cheese got into the pan because it was also cooked onto the bottom side of the sandwich. It was a very small grilled cheese. The London fog tasted quite strong and the sugar pie didn't really stand out. There were other items on the menu though that I'd love to try if I ever go back. What I think took this down to 3 stars was the service. When I went to order, I was just stared at and I thought maybe they weren't ready for me yet but they were. There was just no greeting of "Hi, welcome in" or even a "What can I get for you?" It was just a stare and silence. Now the staff were not unkind...they certainly seemed friendly but that lack of greeting didn't feel great. Additionally, they were very quiet or mumbled when calling out orders and so it seemed like many people listening never heard their order including me. I also had to ask again for the pie after having paid. I bought a bandana as well and didn't see the price tag. When I asked how much it was the staff member said it was either 12 or 15 dollars. She rang it up as 15 when later I saw the price tag and it clearly said $12. I showed the staff member and she said it was $15 and it was a handwriting issue for the price tag. I rarely write reviews less than five stars but I do think if there could be a bit more initiative from the staff and orders called out more clearly and louder for drinks so they don't spoil that would really help.

This place was packed! The inside is small, but cozy and there are spaces to sit - the window bar…read moreseat looks to be the best because then you can look outside to see what's going on in downtown Franklin. I ordered a butterbeer latte, then noticed some winter menu flavors so I'm definitely going back for those. They serve Calvin Fletcher coffee (a coffee roaster/shop in downtown Indy) and that was nice to see local supporting local! My drink was warm, smooth and perfect for the extremely cold day.

In the central part of Columbus, I found this shop on the northwest corner of 25th and Home Ave…read more Tasty varieties of coated popcorn can be purchased in several sizes of sealed bags as well as a few of the more popular types which can be bagged from the counter. I recommend entering the parking area on the back of the building off Home Ave for convenience. I missed it and had to use the neighboring businesses lot along 25th to do a quick run in. Inside, there are several display racks, each featuring three types of popcorn in the various sizes. I also noticed that they do party arrangements. I was greeted and the employee shared some information about their ingredients origination (all central Indiana) and about their programs. I picked up three kinds and they were delicious. I liked that there was room to move around the shop without feeling crowded. However, I didn't see as many flavor options as some of the other popcorn shops in central Indiana, particularly their closest competitor in Edinburgh's "Not Just Popcorn" (located in downtown Edinburgh, not the outlet mall.) Still, the items I purchased were good and if you are in the area, they have a nice selection of many popular varieties. Review #3536

You know I am a big Garretts popcorn fan! Always will be. But this place is just about as close to…read morethem as you can get. And with Columbus being much closer then Chicago it works for me. Yes you can order online and yes you can pay shipping!! But Columbus is a nice neat town to take a day trip from Cincinnati. Prices are OUTSTANDING!! Very low for what you get. I would suggest to go online and order ahead them pick it up and immediately start eating it!! Really if you order online you can get anything you want. You yes can go and just pick up but since this is such a popular place many ore sold out. So yes go and or order online. You will enyoy.

There's only 1 size and you can adjust the sweetness level. 50% sweetness was plenty sweet to me. 3.75/5 SERVICE: Not the friendliest guy. I asked him what nata jelly was and he just pointed to the wall with a picture. They don't take phone orders, I tried calling ahead of time to save myself some time. 3/5 FINAL THOUGHTS: I would come back for my boba cravings as it's the only boba place around that I know of.

Definitely not a romantic place, as there is no place to sit and there are boxes of supplies stacked everywhere. You have enough options (all kinds of tea, milk or no milk, fruit or no fruit, tapioca or jelly, etc). You can customize sweetness. Sometimes those black tapioca pearls are sold out towards the end of the day. Owner is a man of very few words. I might even call him Boba Nazi, much like Soup Nazi from the Seinfeld. You need to know what you are going to get and don't expect a warm and fuzzy interaction. Is he mean? No, I don't think he is mean. He is a little blunt, which is further complicated by his limited English fluency. Is he good at what he does? Definitely! My son and I just stand there and watch him prepare our drinks every time we go. We are mesmerized by his precision and mad skills. We secretly call him the mixologist. In all honesty, I'd encourage everyone to try his creations. Go in with realistic expectations. Give your kids a little heads up before you go in for the first time and let them know the owner isn't mad at them or the world. If you want warm and fuzzy interactions, there is a Starbucks down the road.
