    I've had it up to here with this app; it needed an update like yesterday! I typed out a whole…read moremessage, took a quick detour to do a Google search, and poof, it all vanished into thin air. Can you believe this nonsense? Now, let's talk about the complete farce with my fuel points. I attempted to use them, and what did I get in return? A pathetic 3 cents off per gallon, just like every Tom, Dick, and Harry out there. No options, no flexibility, no 10 cents off a gallon, even though I should've rightfully had it. They swindled me out of a whopping 700 points! I demand those points back, and I want them on a silver platter in the form of a $20 fuel gift card or store credit. And let's not forget the extra six bucks I had to fork over for my 20 gallons at 70 cents a pop. But wait, there's more! Brace yourselves for the colossal screw-up that was my recent delivery order. Out of the 350 different single bottle drinks I ordered, a mere pitiful 60 were actually available. But that's not the kicker. A mind-boggling 60% of the drinks that were "out of stock" were temporarily absent in every aspect except reality in reality they were in stock available but blatantly ignored ("selective vision" is what my ophthalmologist thought could have been the cause"), oh no! They were like unicorns - non-existent! Can you wrap your head around this absurdity? 20 unique UPC's 20 completely different items didn't even have at least one single bottle. And just to confirm the sheer audacity and dishonesty, I stormed down to the store in person, and voilà! Every single out-of-stock item magically reappeared. upon arrival only 20 minutes after my delivery the shelves were stocked to the brim, and my precious time was squandered. I've got evidence of this laziness which should be a come to Jesus moment for jay c and all of its other brands! I tell you, JayC has royally bungled this one. And what's their excuse? "It wasn't us, it was Instacart." Well, I couldn't care less whose fault it is; I want that driver fired and safe flares in place to prevent this meager amateur service from ever getting to decide on what they "feel" like picking. Because you know what KAREN! I "feel" like you owe all the family's that went thirsty at the Anchor House because of your feelings an apology because that 400 some odd dollar hold jay c put on my card and held for 4 days when I only got 60$ worth of drinks! That was 400$ worth of life saving replenishment that prevented me from acquiring the necessary extra electrolyte rehydration they those in need so desperately needed! I the demand compensation for this migraine-inducing ordeal: a $20 gas card for the fuel points debacle, a $40 gas card or store gift card to cover my stolen delivery fee, the extra gas I wasted on this wild goose chase to uncover their deceit, the underserved tip, the delivery order fee, and another tip to replace those phantom items and if the store is feeling generous the interest I now have to bear on my credit card that is supposed to be for emergencies! Here's a brilliant thought - if the store can smoothly handle my items for pickup, why can't they do the same for delivery? Take a leaf out of Walmart's playbook and start "picking" orders before the drivers even set foot inside. For the love of all things sensible, seal those bags to ward off tampering or theft. Oh, and let's not forget the laughable paper bags for pickup. A staggering fifteen out of thirty-six paper bags gave up the ghost, and there I was, playing a twisted game of bottle pickup, tallying over 150 scattered bottles. Ask in the app if we want paper or plastic because everyone knows what AssUMe means and boy was I reminded of how O' so true that acronym is!!! If, by some slim chance, you reckon you're not responsible for this downright unacceptable service, then do us all a favor and pass this fiery letter over to Instacart. Let them be held accountable. I didn't sign up for Instacart; I thought JayC had its act together, especially considering this delivery circus is integrated right into your app! I could write a better app in binary this is just weekly, wix, or square space with jay c colors put some effort into it because if you don't take advantage of new technologies or proven methods and processes of app design and development the competition will swallow you whole! Good day or is now? Looking forward to your "opinion" but everyone reading this already knows the facts so I'd just take the L and show accountability for your negligence!
